1 Stop Complete Wash & Detail, Panama City FL

I took my Jeep in to get the full interior and exterior clean. It was extremely dusty from trails, covered in bugs, and it really needed some TLC. One stop complete wash and detail went above and beyond my expectations and the Jeep looks better than when I bought it. It looks like it’s never seen a trail. The exterior clean also included cleaning of the engine bay, it looks FANTASTIC! I couldn’t have been happier with my experience and friendly service. I was never greeted with anything other than a smile. It was more than worth the wait and I will definitely be back!

I was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I got there and my vehicle was not ready to be picked up. I also saw them using green scrub pads on the paint and when talking with the owner I was told the scratches were there before and that they don’t like doing black trucks because scratches become more visible after it’s cleaned lol. He still tried denying it even after showing him video proof of his employee using a green scrub pad on the paint. Stay far away from this place.

We took the car there and when my husband turned in the radio on the way home the Sirius xm station was in 46 and my husband had it at 11.then the right middle speaker is vibrating and it didn't do that prior to them cleaning.they said they didn't do it and only disagree the rag. I have pictures on my jeep showing that they actually sprayed instead of spraying the rag because of the dots on all the bumper and other spots. I would like my money back.awful job and no accountability

Great place, I just needed some stains removed from my front seat. They took me in right away, and we able to get rid of the stain after I tried everything!

Bought a newer Lincoln Town Car, that had a window left down. Mr Monty quoted $200 to take care of it. I asked if he could hit the engine bay as well and Id drop $300 for the job. He agreed and said a few times how good the interior and exterior would look and a mold treatment for the interior.
Unfortunately it looks like two people did my interior. One person on the passenger side, then another on the driver side. I say that because both sides wer night and day in difference. Or one person was just practicing.
Cupholders were disgusting, gear shifter was bad, windsheild was filthy. Papers and trash still wedged into dash and windshield. Plus a few other small items. Seat belts not touched, and trunk was left with over an inch of standing water. Standing water means he didnt clean the trunk as he said he would, or he did clean it and still left gallons of dirty water.
As we live close, I watch cars come and go so I was hoping they were on top of their game. Once again I was wrong. Mr Monty was made aware immediately and said he would correct the items. Thirty days and counting.
Back to just listening to them yell and cuss at each other all day. I should've read the reviews and it wouldve allowed me to go to somewhere else without these problems.
For $300 Mr Monty, you can do better, unless this is your business model as it appears to be a trend if you listen to the public reviews.

I love this place! I was trying to find a place to vacuum the sand out of the car and happened upon this place. The owner walked out right away when I pulled up. I barely had a chance to turn the car off. He was very nice, professional and personable. Initially, I just wanted the car vacuumed, but changed my mind and got the car detailed. The car was done in under 2 hours. They were very kind to my hyperactive 17-month-old. Everyone was very personable, professional and very nice! AND they did a great job! The car looked like it just left the showroom.

I bought my first car in October, it was used with 5 previous owners and was pretty filthy to say the least. I wasn’t expecting perfection but they completely exceeded my expectations!
