101 Via Mizner Luxury Apartments, Boca Raton FL

Wonderful living experience top notch. If you are looking for a feel of a 5 star hotel with the creme de creme location, this is your place. I lived here for a short term work assignment in So. Fl, and would highly recommend it. The resident events are constant and create a wonderful community feel, and you are walking distance to the best that all of Boca Raton has to offer (beaches, golf, dining, etc) Bianca the property manager is phenomenal in every sense of the word, and the concierge is Ritz-Carlton level service. The staff immensely deserves a 5 star hospitality award, I just can not stress this enough. RESORT STYLE doesn't even give it justice. An immense thanks to all of the staff and concierge at 101, you all deserve an industry award!

Bianca is an absolute pleasure to work with and always helped me with any issues I had over the past 5 years living in 101 regarding my apartment or having any general questions. I highly recommend speaking with her if you’re looking to get a place here at 101!

Very nice looking apartments with a really great location! Close to Mizner Park, lots of restaurants, a boat ramp and the beaches!

The building itself looks nice. We stop as walking customers to see what they have for leasing. One of associates, Diana said she is not happy because we walk in. I think it is not polite to say that. Otherwise put the sign no walk-ins, appointments only. Just train you staff.

I’ve leased 2 apartments here with Dianne. She has been such a tremendous help. I absolutely love living here. Bianca the Property manager is outstanding and very responsive. The maintenance team is exceptional and most importantly prompt and efficient. I’ve lived in other apartment buildings in Boca Raton and 101 Via Mizner is truly the best choice!

The worst place to live! Stay away from this place. Their stuff are so unprofessional. They discriminated my grand mother for being too old.

I don’t usually do this but had to shoutout the concierge team. Namely Peter and Sabrina. Was helping a pal of mine move in a few weeks ago and they really came through locking the elevator for us all the way until we were finished up around 9pm. I mean it took a little incentive but stellar team regardless!

I moved out of Via Mizner last November, I had lived there about 3 ½ years. I never thought to write a review, but a friend recently asked about the property so I decided to see what others had to say. I find it hard to believe all of the 5 stars. It’s not a horrible property, and it has many great attributes, but it’s far from 5 stars. They try hard to have a robust social calendar and activities and it’s very nice and well organized and appreciated; I wish I could have attended more. However, there are some things that are really awful, and unfortunately, can’t be corrected easily or at all. When I first moved in, management was simply terrible, but it has improved and Bianca, Jennifer and Raquel have always been professional, competent and nice to me, so no complaints. It’s more about the building and some of the residents. Walls are thin, but kind of typical these days. The main pool is on the 6th floor and whoever did the initial site plan should find a new profession. The main pool is beautiful and resort like, however, in prime season, let’s say December through May, the pool is almost entirely in the shade. Best time of year and literally all shade. From around June thru November, when it’s like living on the Sun in Florida, pool is directly in the Sun’s path; you fry. The “reflecting pool” is pretty, small, can’t bathe, and on the south side, right along Camino Real and Federal, the loudest intersection in Boca with every idiot with a lead foot and a loud car or motorcycle seems to just “open it up” for everyone to hear and see, because nothing says “I’m cool, look at me” like that kind of moron. I lived on the building’s South Side, the noise is a problem. The parking lot: Aside from taking you life into your hands navigating the ramps, with speeding cars going up or down, and virtually no visibility making the turns, the builder “cheated” and the parking spots are too narrow and many supporting columns are directly on top of the white lines of the spot, making getting into a spot and then opening your door almost impossible. Elevators: They should have installed a freight elevator. You can wait forever, and the constant moves keep the elevators almost always “padded”, unattractive. When I lived there, the building was about 40-50% occupied, it started to fill up when I left and I noticed several unfortunate behaviors. Pets. I’m a dog person, so it’s not about having a pet, it’s about respecting the property/resident and pet balance. Waste clean-up often neglected. Pets off leash. My 3 yr old grandson and I were waiting for the elevator. A mid-sized dog came running down the hall and scared the hell out of him, and frankly me. I don’t know this dog, its temperament, and the owner comes sauntering down the hall, swinging the leash, sees my grandson in my arms looking terrified, and this jerk is laughing and calling out…”he’s friendly”. It’s not the point, it’s completely rude, inconsiderate and stupid. There’s more but do your due diligence. When you take the tour, try to take notice of the things you may just walk by… the stuff the leasing agents don’t show you or keep from you, like go into the parking lot and look at the spots. Stuff like that. I’d give it 3, maybe 4 if I’m away from the noise and the South elevators.

Moving is always stressful, especialy when working full time. However, Bianca Abbott went out of her way to make everything so much easier.
Very professional, knowledgeable, always retuning my calls and always patient to answer all my questions.
101 Via Mizner has amazing amenities, all is very clean. Love my new place.

It’s like living in a resort at 101 via Mizner! The pool, gym, lobby, pristine grounds and lounge area is the pure definition of luxury. Bianca and Diane helped me through the leasing process smoothly and zero stress. The apartments are extremely large and the location is highly desirable. Very happy becoming a resident at this building. 10 out of 10!

My boss had a really bad experience with the lady who runs this building.

Raquel E. Rivera is a knowledgeable and courteous Assistant Property Manager who always goes the extra mile to help me, and all residents here. I highly recommend her when you want to experience the 101 lifestyle!

Very disappointed the way I was treated. Threatening to have me evicted after the year we have all had with Covid -19. They are still making my life a nightmare. This is not how I thought my experience would be. How can the leasing treat anyone this way.

Dianne Becca with the leasing office helped me get into the building very fast when I needed an ASAP move in date. She is very thorough and attentive, she makes you feel as if you’ve known her forever and makes it clear she cares about the residents in the building and knows them all by name. Thank you Dianne for your kindness and getting me into my new home quickly!

I just want to give a shout out to Bianca! I work with corporate housing all over the country and she is by far one of the best! She was fast, friendly and thorough. Not to mention she made it all happen in a very short amount of time. Definitely high quality management!

Bianca Abbott the property manager is extremely thorough and professional. She has enhanced my rental experience by following up and following through in an extremely timely fashion. In addition you can tell she has set the tone for excellence at this location. All the staff are multitasking and professional. My experience at this location has been very positive and I would highly recommend Via Mizner as a rental property.

Great place to live with many events available to residents including Virtual Trivia Night every two weeks. Jenniffer Paulino does a fantastic job organizing as the building’s Lifestyle Director!
