I’ve resided at Harbour Pines for over two years, and I’ve always experienced professionalism from the staff working here. Whether in the office or maintenance they’ve always been quick to address issues and assist in any way they can. The neighborhood is safe and close to the MIDFlorida event center. I’d recommend Harbour Pines to anyone and have close friends that have moved here as result of my positive experiences.
I moved in here about a year and a 1/2 ago. And I really like it a lot. It's very peaceful and quiet and definitely a safe place.to live.everyone is very friendly. The pool is nice too.l Tiffany at the main office is awesome! She is always very helpful.when you need something, and prompt about getting things fixed asap.
