We have lives her for 2 years Charles the maintenance man and Mia and Tony are the best people to work with. Amazing pool and amenities.
The people here are awesome. The maintenance man Charles is oh so great I can't rave enough about him. He's a dedicated man works hours and hours he's very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful and is always I mean always putting in 110 percent at these Apts. With maintenance like Charles you don't have to worry about a thing. I appreciate people like him.
DO NOT! I repeat! DO NOT! If you didn’t hear me the first two times DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! By far the worst management office I’ve ever dealt with! They never pick up the phone nor do they respond to your messages! You feel unsafe because of your crazy neighbors? Fen for yourself because management will let you die! They obviously do not run background checks on who they rent the apartments to. Please for the love of god do not rent from these people! RUN! I mean RUN! FAR! FAR! FAR! Away from here! ZERO STARS! Not one… ZERO STARS!
Just when you think management couldn't get worse, they hire a Hispanic with third grade English language skills who sends out blanket threats to all residents. Can't wait for my new apartment across the street to be ready.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Management has been "trying to improve" this property since it's been built. When we moved in the AC was out for 2 months almost 6 months later it was properly fixed. The AC unit leaked all over the walls. We had MOLD growing in our apartment for the at least 6 months and nothing was done about it. When brought up to management, they acted as if they didn't know. I asked for copies of every maintenance request that we put in, but they were never given to me. We put in our 60 day notice and a month later it still wasn't entered in the system. This is just the small issues. No one will answer at the corporate office. DO NOT RENT HERE. PROPERTY IS GARBAGE.
