10X Riverwalk, Fort Lauderdale FL

We are giving this review a 5 star for the excellent experience we have had so far. From the beginning Ro and the team really went above and beyond to help us. Every time we had concerns or needed help they didn’t delay. We rented a 3 bedroom and it was so clean and luxurious. The amenities are amazing. My friends came to visit and they feel like they are in a hotel. The concierge is so friendly and helpful. I feel so safe in this building. We highly recommend it.

Sharing the garage with drunk Wharf goers is seriously the worst: (They put out signs in front of the garage that say “Residents only” but people ignore the signs, park and take up all of the spots. It is so frustrating to come home and have to park on the roof. Sucks. I love RJ at the front desk and the maintenance men are the best! Other than that, it’s not a great place to live.

If you’re thinking about moving here, budget for additional costs related to having your car hit-and-run in the parking garage (has happened to me TWICE now). Drunk drivers from wharf drive recklessly on the weekends and will hit your car, there are NO security cameras in the parking garage aside from the ground level, and management loves to point out that the garage is owned separately, even though a parking pass is included with your rent, and you have no option but to park in that garage. There is zero accountability, and no effort to improve.

You’ll learned to fall asleep to the sound of screaming 21-year-olds and the wharf blaring their music until 3 AM but what isn’t ok is having crime take place in the garage that you will be forced to share with the public. Cars/Bicycles stolen, cars getting broken into, constantly having trash everywhere etc.

I just moved from Thailand and had a smooth transition moving into the building.it's safe to say it wouldn't have been possible without Ro! We communicated for almost 6 weeks prior to me moving in and she helped me through everything along the way. She was polite, understanding and handled all my concerns right away. This community and building is lucky to have someone like her working here.

I love living here! The building is beautiful and a great location. Also, RJ Alvarez! He is an amazing concierge. He is extremely friendly and polite. RJ always welcomes everyone with a friendly hello!

Amazing place to live with the most unique/beautiful views in Fort Lauderdale. Perfect location to any bar/restaurant. Brooke was so helpful throughout our renting process and always kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed!

Kali was extremely helpful, polite and accommodating with our requests. All the staff are professional and courteous. Love the location and the building is modern, stylish and sleek.

The staff & management here is great. Jose - in maintenance is a gem. Everyone is friendly and they handle issues in a timely matter. Jose helped me with moving (when he didn’t have to) and was great. Everyone that works here is great and pleasant always!

Brooke is awesome and has helped me numerous times during my year and a half being here. I also think it is a nice building with great amenities

Let me start by saying, every post on here that is positive is FAKE and was forced by management to post in return for a discount on their rent, fees waved, or other offerings. Management, Kali specifically is very disrespectful. He thinks he is better than every resident and has verbally disrespected multiple people in this building. Management as a whole is just as bad and practically coerce you into paying additional fees or extending your rent.

Let me give new management and Kali (new Community Manager) credit because it’s deserved. It was 815pm when I walked into his office and he still was receptive to every single request and concern I mentioned. He took almost an hour to speak with me and followed up with me the next day to ensure I was comfortable.

I truly appreciate staff like this and have enjoyed the wonderful building and location! You won’t be disappointed with new management or the building.

The management at this place is a complete disaster. They do not care about customer service and will try and charge you for every little thing without discussing it with you. They just throw charges on your bill at the end of the month. When I called to discuss it with Kali, he did not let me speak, would cut me off and became completely disrespectful. My fiancé and I both work in a corporate environment and can personally attest that the experience we received here in four west was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I understand there is a business to run here but I have never been spoken to the way. He did not listen, lacked empathy, and was overall degrading. This place does not care about their residents.

Great building with a killer location right on the Riverwalk and steps from all the top bars and restaurants in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. I’ve been a resident since February 2021. I face the river and have amazing views and no issues with noise.

The building just went through a management change and the new manager Kali is awesome! I had a minor issue come up with the new rent portal and he was incredibly helpful and professional in getting it taken care of.

Mr Kali, shame on you for helping to write fake positive reviews. You are not a true leader. This place needs to be shut down immediately. Management is beyond horrible and rude. I wish I never moved in here. They charge you to literally breathe in this awful place. DO NOT MOVE IN! BEWARE, most of the positive reviews were bribed by Mr.kali

This is a great building, love the pool and the kitchens are amazing. Kali took care of all of my move out concerns. He was so accommodating and helpful.

I’ve been living at 4 W for over a year now and I love it. The apartments are nice the amenities are great and management is awesome. The location is a plus!

Visited the building recently and loved everything! Pool deck is amazing and the views probably are the best in fort lauderdale. Ask for Kali’ he was very helpful during my visit!

Been living here just over a year.

Pros: location is convenient, units are nice, pretty affordable, rooftop pool is beautiful. I face East so great views of las Olas, the canal, and ocean. Nice to have direct access to river walk. And common lounges are tastefully decorated

Cons: noise from the 1WLO rooftop bar and the wharf is awful. Thank god I don’t face that way but I can still hear it and 3/4 of the units are unlivable. Parking garage always overflowing on weekends, 20 mins to drive the last block home due to clogged roads of waiting Ubers and slow valet at the wharf. Half the gym equipment always broken.

Latest update: management used to be quite responsive and easy to work with. The building just changed owners a month ago. First thing they did was shut down the online payment portal and refuse to deposit any paper checks they received, and never respond to calls or emails about the issue.then they charged everyone a $200 late fee and threatened 3 day eviction notices. They’re now increasing my rent without my consent against the terms of the lease I signed. I wish I hadn’t just renewed my lease before the building sold.

Kali was very prompt and pleasant in helping with my concern! The new management has been great across the board. Very happy I decided to resign my lease here!
