I have been seeing Michael Duke LMT. He does a phenomenal job with deep tissue. It is helping with my flexibility and ability to keep running. I highly recommend!

I can not say enough good things about Michael Duke. I'm visiting Pensacola and just picked 12th Avenue Massage at random. THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. I had a Structural massage for terrible pain in my low back running down my leg. I had already been to Chiropractor the day before, without relief. Michael is very knowledgeable, kind and puts you at ease. I would recommend Michael to EVERYBODY that has back pain. Thanks you so much, Michael.

I was going through a particularly bad 2 week period of off and on migraines (weather and stress related), and ibuprofen, decongestants and even rizitriptan were no longer working. Finally decided to get a massage even though I'd never gone to to this place before. Bruce returned my phone call within minutes of my leaving a message. He asked several questions and then offered some suggestions and appointment times.
I treated myself to 90 minutes with Vicki. I am still amazed at how effective Vicki's massage was! She found places, especially in my arms, shoulders and neck, where I didn't even realize I was carrying the stress. I was so amazed by the pain relief that I cried after having been so uncomfortable for so long. I will definitely reach for my phone and make another appointment for a massage before I ever reach for another pain med! Rates were very reasonable, too!

The owner Bruce was amazing and although he couldn't accommodate same day (we requested couples 2 hr), he was kind enough to secure another therapist (on her day off) for the next day! They didn't disappoint! Michelle was AMAZING. It was 2 hours of relaxation bliss! We're here in vacation from Oklahoma and this massage was over the top perfect for our stay. Highly recommend!

Went here for a 60 minute therapeutic massage, staff was very professional and made the sign up process very simple. Felt great afterwards and was even given some stretches to help reduce pain in areas I commonly have issues with. Couldn't recommend enough!

My sister and I found this gem while enjoying a snowbird month in Pensacola. We were seen the same day, Bruce went to the extra mile to get us scheduled. Then Tina and Irina did their magic. We both had an excellent experience and the setting is cozy and relaxing. We both highly encourage you to try this massage location; we’ll be going back next year.

Got in on a same day appointment. Was made to feel welcome and safe. Michelle was my therapist, and she did an extensive intake. She then made sure I knew exactly what methods she was going to use and how they'd help.

Bottom line: I've never felt better, either physically or mentally after a massage.

After a 2 week headache, I booked an appointment with Jon. I am amazed at the results. He released tension in my neck that I didn't even know was there! He explained everything he did and told me how to make some changes to help myself at home. The best massage I have ever had! I wish I could give 10 stars for how great I feel thanks to Jon!

I've been here a total of 3 times, 2 therapeutic and 1 deep tissue. All the staff are professional and knowledgeable. The environment is quiet and peaceful. Not a long wait time, for they are always on time. Enjoyed every massage ive received and look forward to going back.

I had some severe back and neck pain after sleeping on a different mattress during a relocation from OH. My wife found Bruce online after making several calls and booked an appointment for me. Great therapy massage experience. Most of my pain was gone and Bruce explained the entire process making me feel completely comfortable. Very fair price for service. I would recommend and use again if necessary.

A rare find. They are knowledgeable and dedicated to their craft. I saw Michelle and had an amazing experience. I booked online and received a call right away. They knew exactly what I needed and were motivated to help me work through whatever was necessary. A refreshing, genuine experience in a world of aggressive sales pitches.

Went there today for a massage with Jon, outstanding. He took the time to educate and explain to me what he was doing and what to expect. I"ve had a pain in my neck and shoulders for over a week now and can honestly say I feel 100% better then I did before my session. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I’ll start off by saying that I called a few different places to schedule a much needed massage. I got no answers! But the owner of this establishment returned my call about an hour later (I didn’t even leave a message). I told him I suffer from sciatica and he recommended a therapeutic massage, as well as told me a couple stretches to do before and after my appointment. He scheduled me an appointment for first thing the very next morning with Jon Spears. When I arrived, I was offered water and a huge variety of hot teas, wow! And, of course, my therapeutic massage was amazing. Jon reminded me to breathe and knew all the right spots to help ease my pain. Not to mention they have very reasonable rates! Great team here. I’ll definitely be back!

I've been here twice and would highly recommended this place. From stepping foot in the door Bruce was so informative and extremely nice. My massage therapist Toni was also incredible. She made sure I was comfortable and the pressure was perfect! 10 out of 10 for me:)
