Wow! Love the staging, scenery and the characters all around the place. Will go back next year!

First time visiting and it was a great thrill. All the staff and productions were very well done. Alot of screams and nice extra axe throw at the end.

Visited this haunted house and had a thrilling time! This was an amazing stop on our vacation, Kayla, the retail worker, added a fantastic touch with her friendly demeanor. Despite the eerie atmosphere, and long wait times, her warm welcome and helpful attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to Kayla for turning frights into friendly fun!

THIS WAS SO FREAKING GOOD! We did the blackout event, everyone was so nice and the thrills really good! Good! Would totally reccomend for everyone!

It’s great to go, yet the actors need to wear deodorant. This our second year going and each year we come across some actors (not all) with bad body odor. But also change the set up more often so folks don’t expect the same thing every time someone goes. Lastly, if we have a time slot of 9 pm, we didn’t get in until TWO HOURS later. There needs to be some sort of organization when it comes to time slots. That or just take time slots away if they’re not going to be abided by.

There was an injury that occurred due to the improper training of one of their employees. A so called paramedic assisted only to later find out he was not. We left less than 15 minutes of being there due to the injury and being in the hospital all night. Out of $400 and no one will respond to my emails. Not even the GM after she stated she will help and use her as a reference.

Scary experience! Definitely recommend going! If you’re feeling brave try the blackout nights!

Was 100% worth the money.i loved the different themes and how the floors were different and felt like you were one with the scene instead of just being surrounded by it. The actors were amazing, i loved the grave yard area it felt so spooky! Retail answered my questions with ease, they were super helpful with helping me pick out shirts.dont let the negative reviews fool you, this place is amazing.

Wasn’t as I expected, poor customer service at the end while trying to get pictures they they took of me at the beginning.would not recommend.

The surprised element doesn't work with the size of groups going through. It's not worth the money at all.

Could've been really good, but because they rush everyone through it ruined every potential scare. It wasn't even super busy but we still ended up sandwiched between 30 people walking through. I would've much rather waited more time and gone in a small group with space between. Also, the fast passes were totally pointless, so we felt pretty ripped off there too. It's also nowhere near dark enough in most of the areas to create that fear effect.

Terror on the Timber Farm in Yulee and E. L. Cravens in Blackshear were much, much better. They don't rush you through those ones.

One of the worst haunted house experiences ever. The set up was decent but there was hardly any live people in any of the set ups. They also just stuffed so many people through at one time. There was probably 50+ people lined up going through together. We tried to wait and one of the staff told us we had to move. $200 completely wasted.

This was alright. The scares were fun and not to bad but the organization of this place was terrible. We bought our tickets weeks ahead of time for 8 pm but when we arrived ten minutes before our scheduled entry time, we were directed into the general admission line where we waited for over an hour. We finally made it to the metal detectors and were told that the no smoking/vaping sign actually meant no vapes or cigarettes on PREMISES. We were forced to either throw ours away that were in our purses or bring them back to our cars and then wait through the whole line again. Once we were finally getting through the metal detectors, the guy stopped the last person of our group and wouldn’t let her through claiming that the fast pass gets immediate priority (even though she was directly with our group). This caused our group to get separated and we had trouble getting her back in line with us before entering the building itself. Once inside, the queue was being pushed so fast that a lot of the scares were ruined for us by the group ahead and a large group of teenage girls behind us kept running into and grabbing onto us from behind.

Overall, I think the house itself has a great design team however it is almost completely ruined by the shortcomings of the entry process. Not worth the two hours I spent there for 20 minutes in the haunted house.

One of the best haunted houses I’ve been to in a while…Super happy that it is local…I highly recommend checking it out. Well worth the 35 dollars. I took one of my younger grandkids and he was terrified…One of the actors actually broke character to try and calm my grandson down…Which I really appreciated…You guys and gals keep up the good work! We will definitely see y’all next year

Loved all the themes and the actors were having fun and you could tell. One long continuous line so on a slow night you can fly through and miss some of the scares. Overall, a great setup

This year was by far the best one they’ve had yet! Im hard to scare and I actually got spooked a few times. The trap doors, the moving floors, the bouncy floors, the moving walls and giant robot ghosts all made it an above and beyond experience. The zombie shooting actor was a class act and gave me a giggle the whole time. The ax throwing was a great addition for a great price. I love how long it was and how I got to take time to enjoy each area and each one having its own unique scares and different actors/scenes that all still came together without being confusing. I went in year 2022 and it was very dull and boring in comparison to the 2023 13th floor experience. I love how it didn’t seemed rushed at all and how much time I got to spend walking through. The price might be scary to some people but it is absolutely WORTH every single penny. I hope they keep it like this (but with a different theme, so it’s not repeated like I’ve seen in the past) in the coming years because I wouldn’t change a thing about this year. All the actors were absolutely fantastic and they all did an amazing job. Im looking forward to next year and hope they bring the same A Game they had this time! Thank you 13th floor!

Absolutely love this place. My husband & I have been going the past 2 years & we still be scared. The staff is amazing as well as the actors they do incredible, from the performance to their costumes. 10/10!

This is the worst haunted house I have been to. They are only worried about making money. They kept pushing people through. It was like waiting in line through the entire house. There weren’t that many workers in there scarring people.
