1701 Central, St. Petersburg FL

Wayne was super nice and helpful with my maintenance request. He was quick to fix my issue!

I love living in this apartment! The staff is wonderful, attentive, and really try to make this complex a community with events. Service is quick, everything is extremely well maintained and even my guests mention how nice the hallways smell which is impressive considering how pet friendly it is here. The location is perfect too since you’re in the middle everything on Central Ave and Downtown.

Wayne did a great job replacing my water filter. Was at my apt very shortly after placing the request.

I've lived at 1701 since 2021 and have really enjoyed it. Eric has really elevated things since he became the general manager and really cares about the tenants and making 1701 a really great place to live. His efforts do not go unnoticed (bagels on Friday, communication, decorating, events, overall cleanliness of the building, etc). Also, the leasing ladies are beyond friendly and wonderful!

We haven't had many issues since moving in, but Wayne on the maintenance team is the absolute best. He answers/actions every request big or small so quickly. He has been the most personable and talented maintenance technician we've had in the building since I moved in and we are so grateful for him. Thanks to the staff at 1701 for making this a great place to live.

I've lived at 1701 for 8 months now and am very happy with my home here. What makes me particularly happy is the always quick and friendly maintenance personnel Dave and Wayne that ensure this building runs smoothly 24/7. Thanks for helping make 1701 a great place to live.

1701 Central is 1st first class place to live. We have been so happy not only with the amenities and facilities, but also with the sense of community that Management always helps to create – pizza nights, ice cream, socials, and other special events. Katie, Ashley, and Jamie of the rental team are extremely friendly and accommodating. Kudos to them!

I love living here! Eric is always making sure the property is in its best shape and does many events to keep up neighborly engagement! The maintenance team here is the BEST. David and Wayne are always on top of calls and so friendly when you see them throughout the property.

1701 Central has been a great place to live! The building is super dog friendly and the staff is so welcoming. I’ve had great experiences with the maintenance team and Wayne has gone above and beyond to fix our issues in a timely manner. He even says hello to our 2 dogs every morning on our walks:). We have been very pleased overall. The only thing the building is missing is a dog park! Thank you again for everything.

The building, amenities, and staff are all absolutely wonderful. We moved in about a month ago and only have great things to say. Ashley and the leasing team gave us ample information about the community and welcomed us in to 1701. Wayne and the maintenance crew are not only so responsive but also are so kind and will greet you in the hall. We are stoked to live here for at least the next year and hopefully beyond.

I was so apprehensive about moving into a new building, especially one as large as this is. I have no regrets!

The manager, Eric, the maintenance staff, and the ladies upfront - are WONDERFUL! They are kind, friendly, happy and quick to address every concern, they made me feel at home and cared for. It was a joy to see them and I appreciated all their effort to make my moving process so easy!

As a side note, I've visited over 30 buildings in and around St. Pete. 1701 was the most people friendly vs corporate. Their prices are competitive and air on being in favor of the tenant - I didn't feel "nickel and dimed". They take excellent care of their property. They are both professional and flexible to help accommodate unique situations that might need problem solving. They make this building fun and feel as much like home as possible. I cannot recommend this crew and spot enough!

Thanks to Katie in leasing office for squeezing me in same day and offering a dream apartment. I hope to be a future resident. She was caring to be sensitive to my access needs and even offered to help me to my car, I have upmost respect for her.

1701 Central, located in the center of st Pete, is a great place to live. Wayne is a great maintenance person who came the next day after repair request to fix an issue we had in our apartment. He is very professional and polite gentleman. Highly recommend the place to stay and his services.

Wayne is a great maintenance man! He responded the day after my request and fixed all four issues in less than a day. He's a nice guy and very efficient!

DO NOT LEASE HERE! RUN AWAY!
VERY VERY loud due to shoddy construction. Upstairs "neighbors" were extremely loud, stomping and running through their apartment four HOURS, every single day, for 6 months straight.
I emailed over 20 complaints to the manager and he ignored over half of my emails. They did NOTHING to stop the constant noise from the upstairs residents. It became unbearable, and I had to terminate my lease early. Instead of working with me on the early termination fee, they demanded that I pay all of it.
I didn't want to move. I loved the apartment, and I loved the location. I was FORCED to move due to inconsiderate, horrible, loud "neighbors, " and a manager/staff who just didn't care and didn't enforce the rules.
A normal, competent manager would have enforced the rules. A normal, competent manager would have reduced my early termination fee, since I did not move out by choice. I was punished and penalized, meanwhile, the trashy loud residents continue to live there.
1701 is a loud, dirty complex with inconsiderate residents and a HORRIBLE management team and staff.

DO NOT LEASE HERE!

Amazing community, well kept apartment building, & great amenities! Not only a comfortable and safe building, but management & staff have been nothing but welcoming and helpful. The apartment units are well designed/built & if any issues arise, Wayne & the matinence team have exceeded my expectations to attend to them as soon as possible. Very pleased with my choice to live in 1701!
