I ordered flowers to be delivered on Tuesday to welcome home a friend. Got notice on Monday that they had been delivered. No one was home on Monday, that’s why I set the delivery date for Tuesday. Contacted 1800flowers, all apologies, said they would re-deliver on Tuesday at no additional charge. Received confirmation with the new order number 3 hours later that it had been delivered! Now I have to worry that they will die or be stolen before my friend arrives home! This is the second time ordering from 1800flowers, problems both times. Will NOT deal with them ever again!

I have bought flowers for The Grill At 1951 for table arrangements and arrangements from 1800 Flowers for two years now and never had a problem. The flowers are fresh and Christine does a wonderful job. Thank you Christine.

I have never ordered flowers before in my life before this. I ordered flowers for my mother in laws birthday and they didn't make it on the day they were supposed to be delivered. They told me they can deliver them 3 days after her birthday. I spent over two hours on the phone with them. This was such a terrible experience and while they did offer $20 off my next order which quite frankly was a joke because promo codes are easy to obtain to save this much money at anytime. Then they offered 50 percent off and to deliver them FedEx three days late. I said no thanks it is embarrassing to give a gift after someone's birthday. I just married her son two weeks ago and was trying to do something nice.

Ordered a few days before delivery. Called the day of delivery and said the store didn’t have drivers and wanted to schedule for the next day. I told them that wouldn’t work because it was my wife’s birthDAY. Same thing happened the last time I ordered flowers. Will not give them a third chance. Also they have a foreign country call center that doesn’t speak clear English. Very hard to communicate.

Place two orders for mothers day. Granted I place it two days before hand. But that has never been a problem before. Got the delivery date for 6th to 8th. Then get a call. One delivery won't be there till the 10th okay no problem. Another call saying the other delivery would be there the 7th awesome great! Day of delivery comes no flowers. Call them, automatic service says delivery will be the 8th and the latest it will be there is 8 pm for both deliveries, again awesome! But then no delivery. So I call on the 9th. Only to find out both products are out. They try for another delivery date, only to tell me they can't delivery to either address because they don't delivery to those areas. Which is complete bull because we have had deliveries to both those addresses before from 1800 flowers. After 45 minutes waiting for someone to call me back then 20 minutes on the phone I finally got a full refund for products that should have been noticed in advance of not being able to delivery product. So disappointed in my experience, will never use this company ever again.

Worst experience ever. DO NOT USE! Flowers were 4 days late and arrived in poor condition. Afterwards I called 3 times and was promised new flowers 3 times. They never arrived. Very poor customer service and very embarrassing for sender and receiver of flowers which were meant to celebrate a significant day. Use your local florist!

Wish I could leave negative stars I would. Placed 2 orders for my mom and grandma. Spent about 30 min making sure to pick the arrangements that reflected my sentiment when sending. Felt really good placing the order. Next day get an email and a call saying that one of the arrangements were not available. I was at work so I told them I would call back. Called back after work and was told that the arrangement I picked wasn’t available for the delivery date I selected but it could be delivered a different day. I agreed to a new delivery date as I really wanted to send that particular arrangement. I then confirmed that the other arrangement I ordered had been delivered as this was the date delivery was set for. Rep said it had not been delivered but it could be delivered with the other arrangement. I was okay with that as well. Later that evening I get an end mail confirming my arrangements were ready for delivery and the flowers they were sending were NOTHING like the ones I had spent so much time selecting. One had similar colors but different flowers and the other one was some holiday bs with chocolates. I’m sure my mom and grandma will be happy just to be getting flowers unexpectedly but I am so disappointed that they are not the ones I purposely selected. I called customer service again and they apologized saying they would still send the flowers THEY picked but give me a 50% refund on both orders. My thoughts initially were at least I got some money back but a partial refund isn’t good enough. I was forced to partially pay for flowers I DIDN’T EVEN PICK OUT! The flowers sent had no sentiment to them at all. In my opinion that defeats the whole purpose of sending flowers to those you love. Shame on you 1800flowers. I will never use your services again and I will share this story with anyone who ever brings up wanting to send flowers to their loved ones. Do better…please.

I can review the lack of compassion, lack of customer-centricity and inability to trust this national chain when it comes to time-sensitive needs! Only putting 1 star as unable to submit a review without a star. Ordered an arrangement for my uncle's viewing and funeral, as I live out of town from the establishment, I trusted 1800flowers. Received a delivery notice a few hours later. Went to funeral service the next day and the wreath was no where to be found! The funeral parlor checked everywhere and it was not delivered. Called during the service as we were very upset and embarrassed not to have flowers and was told it would be replaced later! LATER! My uncle would be buried by then! Could not get a manager to speak to me. Someone called me after my response to the customer service survey and offered a full credit and replacement flowers to my aunt's home. These flowers never arrived either. When I called about that a week later, gave the order number, the rep said I had to pay for the replacement. This was offered by 1800flowers and I had a confirmation. Once again, a supervisor nor manager was available to speak to me. I cannot comment on flowers not received 2x!

I walked in to get something nice for my lil sis since she was in the hospital. I had an idea of what I wanted but that was it. I picked out the balloon, Teddy bear and gretting card. I let them do the rest. They ended up making a gorgeous vase out of flowers and the items I picked out including the balloon. I simply walked in told them what it was for and who it was for and they did the rest in about 15-20 minutes. I was treated with excellent service and I couldn't have been happier about the final product. Especially when I saw how big of a smile was on my sister's face when she saw the bouquet. I truly wish I would have taken a picture. Imo, don't do it online. Walk into the store and let them customize it for you. Almost positive that you will not be dissatisfied with their work.

Do not use them, it will be months before they get delivered even if you order a week ahead of time. It is May 13th today and they were to arrive on or before Mother's Day on the9th

Absolutely terrible! Ordered flower arrangement for my niece for her birthday. After waiting all day an calling to check on order I was told many different excuses to where the arrangement was, why it wasn’t there, there was no order, I didn’t spend enough money (even though I paid $10 for delivery). I requested a call when delivery was made (never received it). Finally at 5: 35 pm the wrong arrangement was delivered. I tried calling back many times, no answer to calls or emails. Ordered the birthday arrangement with flowers in a cupcake holder type vase, teddy bear, cookies and ballon. All that was sent was a vase of flowers that looked as though they grabbed them off the shelf an rushed them the 3 blocks to my nieces house after my phone call about where the arrangement was to begin with. I absolutely do not recommend this company! I wish my niece would have received all the items I paid for! I will be calling to request a refund! Let’s see if they answer.

I ordered flowers or my grandmothers birthday and we haven't seen her in over a year. I wanted to go above and beyond with the flowers, splurge. So I selected the arrangement in the photo and did the large size. $79.99. I was so excited to see what she got. When she sent me the picture, while beautiful, it was obviously not what I ordered nor worth $80. The next morning I chatted with a rep and I explained that I had wanted her to receive something bigger and brighter than that. So they said they would make it right and would resend her flowers and give me a $20 coupon. When my grandmother received her second flowers, they took the other ones.instead of leaving her with two and the new one looked exactly the same, but she said a little fresher, but in no way still worth $80. While I am so happy that the thought made her happy, I will now communicate directly with a different local florist and see the arrangement before it leaves the shop. This was so disappointing for the money spent. FYI I got flowers from WinnDixie for $15 that were better than this arrangement.

These were delivered on time but they looked absolutely terrible. I expected much better for 175 dollars also customers care at 1800flowers was just bad

I received flowers from friends after I was in the hospital. When the delivery arrived the lillies were missing petals, some were crushed, carnation heads were broken off, roses were dropping petals and the mini purple filler flowers and soms greenery waa dead. There was more greenery than flowers. I called the florist and discribed my issue. The lady on the phone was super kind. She offered me a new arrangement and I agreed. We agreed to defer until last week since it was so close to Valentine's day when I originally got my delivery. Last week arrived and no delivery Wednesday or Thursday. I have tried calling for multiple times for 2 days to discuss the matter and receive no answer at the shop. I am very sad and disheartened by the service and quality

My friend was so grateful to find a job during hard times, but that quickly changed once she realized the owner was a fraud.

They are supposed to pay the employees once a month, but my friend NEVER got her pay. She was given a PARTIAL CHECK that was not accepted because the lack of funds in the stores/owners account.

He refuses to pay his employees and I would NEVER recommend you buy from here or work here. 100% fraud. Especially when you refuse to pay your employees and then give one cash to keep your doors open. Sounds like a scam to me.

Do not work here they not paying to employees after u work their for month which u get pay ones a month they fire u before u get check and even u get check their bank got no money to pay you

I placed an order on November 7th for a casket topper and standing spray for my mother's viewing at the funeral home right next door to 1800Flowers on Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte, FL and was told that they would be delivered to the funeral home in the late afternoon on the 10th for the viewing the next morning. When I arrived at my mother's viewing there were no flowers! The arrangements were never made! I was extremely upset, mourning the loss of my mother and then the beautiful flowers that I ordered were not there for her! I never received an explanation or a phone call from the owner or manager. As a matter of fact I had to go the store in person days later to ask for the credit to my card as it wasn't yet processed. What a horrible experience! I pray this doesn't happen to anyone else!
