I could not give 1st Class Moving and Storage a higher recommendation. We had reviewed and researched full-serving moving companies and were very anxious because of all the nightmare experiences. But Anthony and his team put us right at ease – he was on-time, professional, and a pleasure to be around. The guys knocked out nearly all of the packing and storage in one day, then rolled out the trucks early the next morning. They were a model in efficiency – in less than three hours, they unloaded all of the boxes and furniture from a 2,800-square-foot house and into our new home. And the best part? Not a single piece was damaged or broken, and they didn’t scrape a single wall in the process! Ask for Anthony (and his great team, with Nacho, Josue, Iran and J. C.) at 1st Class Moving, and you won’t be disappointed.

Giovanni and Hector were professional, careful and efficient with packing and loading my things and furniture from Miami to Kissimmee.

The work ethics this group have are wonderful. I have moved several times but honestly no one has done the job as great as the team that 1st Class Moving provided. J and his team Andre and Nacho are extremely professional and fast. There are old school proper and kind. You don't see that nowadays. I will be definitely calling them again in my next move.

This was the second time I have used 1st Class Moving and they did a fabulous job again! They are responsive with moving quotes, flexible with scheduling dates, very reasonable cost, and their moving team was great. The guys were professional and courteous as well as very careful in both loading and unloading my items. I would definitely use 1st Class again and highly recommend them to others for moving services.

Great team of movers. They were on time, they stayed in contact throughout the move and everything got delivered without a problem at all! Cant say enough good things about them!

From my initial contact through the delivery and setup of my furniture 1st Class Moving and Storage made the stress of moving much easier.
The Closing on my new house got delayed 7 days - the day before it was scheduled. Joseph Daoud worked with me the entire time and changed the delivery date. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them in my next move!

My experience with this company was AWFUL from start to finish. I called to schedule the service weeks before my move date, and requested a morning move. The scheduler told me that he would put that in the notes but could not guarantee a move time until the day before the move, and also that they always wrap your furniture with every move. The day before the scheduled move, when I was supposed to receive a call to schedule a time because I couldn't schedule it before that time, I was told a morning move was not possible and that the earliest the movers would be at my apartment was 1pm. I was also told I would receive a call that the movers were on their way. The movers then showed up at 12pm, and I was only notified by a call that they were at my door. The movers then started moving my furniture, without wrapping it, and started dragging my couch, on its side, across the floor outside. I asked them to wrap my furniture, as I was told it would all be wrapped when I booked the service, and the movers said it is not something they normally do and I would be charged extra because it would take them more time. The few pieces of furniture they did not wrap have terrible scratches on them. I left a few minutes before the movers to get to my new apartment, and my roommate told me the movers sat in their truck for at least 15 minutes before leaving to go to the next destination, all at my expense as you are charged for time. When they got to my new apartment they did not call me to ask where to go, they sat in the front of the building in their truck until I called them to see where they were. They also left breadcrumbs in some of my boxes that were not covered, so I can only assume they were eating over my possessions. They also did not reassemble my bed properly, and it is now broken. I was then charged for an extra hour of service. I called afterwards to speak to a manager, left a voicemail and have still received no response. Do not book these movers, they are TERRIBLE. I would not recommend them to anyone!

I have used 1st Class a handful of times now. The most recent was a big move! The team was professional and friendly. The quality of work was excellent. All of my items were treated respectfully and they really made it easy for me. They moved my whole home contents including my Art, TVs, handmade dining table.and other fragile items with no issues. 10/10 would (and do) recommend them to my friends and family.

Excellent service, team was prompt and respectful of my home, both the one I was leaving and the one I was moving to. It was a large job and literally took 12 hours and the team was consistent and worked hard. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They quickly responded to get me a quote over the phone when I had just a few weeks to prepare for my move. The team that did the loading and unloading at my old and new place were extremely professional and friendly. They made sure all my valuables were safe and protected for storage of about 4 months. Everything returned beautifully! Thank you for all of your help and professionalism. You made what was a very stressful time into one not as stressful. You took care of one of the hardest parts. I had the best experience with 1st Class Moving. The 3 gentlemen that came to our home and moved us were top notch, courteous, funny and respectful. It was one of the hottest days this summer and they never complained one time about the heat. I did but they did not.lol. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your moves. Hopefully you would get the guys we had.

We needed to move to a new place after our lease had been already expired and a good thing I was also assigned to a new place for work. We found 1st Class Moving and Storage upon looking online. We called for a quote and they responded an hour later which was fast than other companies we asked for. They came ahead on time on the scheduled move and it was a plus for an awesome service they have rendered. The crew were quick & fast and took good care of our things like it was their own. Our overall move went smoothly and I do love the service rendered by 1st Class, highly recommended!

This company deserves 10 stars! Our experience with 1st Class was excellent from the first phone call with Hassan to the end of the move with our movers Moh and Jean Carlos who were professional, on time and so polite and respectful. First phone contact with Hassan was very positive with responsive honest answers and no double talk. Hassan put us in touch with the estimator who gave us a prompt fair estimate with a binding price quote. Our move was scheduled on the exact day we requested and was able to be completed in one day despite the distance from Miami to Orlando. Moh and Jean Carlos arrived on time and wrapped our furniture so very carefully. They loaded the truck like only an expert could. Then they drove all of our stuff and cheerfully unloaded on the same day! They put every piece of furniture where we asked even after dark with no lights in two of our rooms. Can’t say enough good things about this company! Quality, fair price and so competent! Nothing was broken or even scratched! Highly recommend them!
