There are not enough stars to do justice. I have been a part of multiple transactions now and every single one has been flawless, closed well before the projected date, and I received constant communication from start to finish! I don’t believe these ladies ever sleep as they are always available and giving me updates daily. They take pride and care about their work! I am so blessed to have found them. I deal with many Mortgage companies and this one by far is the best and sets the bar for all the others. Don’t bother calling anyone else.

By far the best Loan Experience i have had in my life. Daneza and Elizabeth have a wealth of Knowledge. I have purchased over 15 properties in my lifetime and this has been the quickest closing. I also compared rates with 5 other companies including lending tree among others and they got me the best rate and terms. I have to say that the entire team is very professional and knowledgeable. Frank, Daneza and Eli have years and years of experience. Down-to-earth people you can communicate with and ask any questions throughout the process. As a buyer, I got pre-approved and I knew since the begging what my options were. At every single step in the process I was aware of the status of my application, and whenever was needed, we communicated via text messages, emails or even a quick call. They were always available with a response.
As a customer, I trusted them since day one, and provided them with necessary documentation, facilitating their work and allowing them to find the best lending option for me.
We were ready to close before expected closing date, with no surprises nor hiccups.
Sincerely, even though it was a rigorous process, we felt like we were working with close friends.
I’ve personally closed on other properties with multiple lenders, and so far, the 1st Florida Mortgage Lending team is the GOAT.
