David Williamson of 1st Inspection Services, was professional, experienced, extremely thorough, dependable, and even accommodated our limited schedule for a Sunday afternoon inspection. We were in a bit of a bind on timing and David Williamson stepped in and stepped up! Due to construction delays the date changed and he was flexible with us. The report was detailed and really helped us point out issues to the builder.
