I have lived in New Port Richey for 25 years. 2 Cool Air Conditioning has fair pricing and quality work. When you call their number the lady who answers is very nice and patient.

They let you know when to expect the HVAC service person. They are upfront.

I have not been disappointed. I highly recommend.

2 Cool Air has been spectacular to work with. We initially found them because we needed emergency weekend service at our rental. Jeannie answered the phone immediately, they came out quickly and got the unit running again. The unit looked like it was going to continue to have problems and was about to come out of warranty so we decided to replace it. The installation team (Tyler and Brett) was excellent - punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. Shortly after the unit was installed, it stopped cooling. I called Jeannie first thing in the morning and she sent Tyler out within hours. It turned out that the circuit breaker had tripped (not his fault at all) ; however, he went above and beyond by replacing the circuit breaker to avoid any future problems. These are only a few examples of the excellent experience we've had 2 Cool Air, I could go on.

Good efficient installation done in 3 hrs. I am disappointed with quality of AC. It’s only 5 yrs old and this is the third major repair.

My A/C had issues post Hurricane Idalia and 2 Cool Air was able to see me the day after! My service tech Thomas was absolutely phenomenal. Absolutely amazing Customer Service and Knowledge!

Tyler and Allin were both beyond professional. Our AC replacement was not the easiest because of location and the age of our home. They both went above and beyond with their skillsets and their customer service approach. Every question we ask they took their time with and were patient as well as being knowledgeable teachers!

My air went out early am on Sat, contacted 2Cool Air. They responded immediately and had it back up by 1pm same day. Bret went above and beyond to get the necessary part for my repair by having to request an emergency opening from his part supplier. Bret is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and enjoyable to do business with. Bret performed my original air system install and has performed my regular maintenance and has always provided world class service. 2 Cool had recently done maintenance on our AC and did a great job. However a week later the AC stopped working randomly. I called 2 Cool and reported what was happening. Someone was at my house and fixed the problem all within an hour. I really appreciated that because it's in the middle of summer. Prompt, great customer service, knowledgeable service tech, etc. Five stars.

We've been customers of 2 Cool since we purchased our home in 2013. Beyond annual maintenance, they have installed a new condenser, air handler and heat pump and just recently, new ductwork and added returns in the bedrooms. All of our experiences have been awesome! Highly recommended!
7/21/23: The heat softened the adhesive and the plenum fell off cooling the attic. Brett, one of the techs who installed our ductwork, got us up and running quickly. I can't say enough good things about 2 Cool, y'all are the coolest! (Pun intended)

They did a good job of repairing my AC. My problem is that the AC is under warranty and they still charged me $170 to repair it. It was $100 for the labor which I understand, but there was a $70 "Warranty Processing Fee" That is just a way to suck more dollars out of the customer. It's a frivilous fee that has no justification whatsoever. So buyer beware, When they say they your unit is under warranty what they really mean is "We'll find another way to charge you".

24 hours from the time they came to look at the old unit, quote and install the unit. Very efficient and professional. I highly recommend.

Amazing service! I got home to a hot house at 7 pm they were here by 8pm and it was fixed by 9pm!

I have used 2 Cool Air a couple of times. They are consistently able to be at my house a few hours after the call. Issues are explained, all my questions are answered and technical issues are solved.

Fantastic customer service! Called at 5: 15 on a Monday and day before a major Holiday, July 4th, and they came out at 7 pm to help get the AC back on when the temperatures were in the 90s! Definitely recommend this company!
