7Today I went to optical 20/20 I had a bad experience, the girls at the reception were excellent, Dr Brianna was excellent, very nice person, the man in charge of making the lenses treated me very badly just for asking about the co-payment they were charging me
I had a stroke and Luigi Sr.and Luigi Jr.gave me 2 pairs of glasses for free. They are the best one pair had Sunglasses and one did not, plus they frosted each eye and each pair. Thank you guys for everything and I will continue to use you.
These two are not in the business for a Profit they really Care. Thanks guys! Oh I must not forget they gave me a free eye exam.
Isa at front desk is most assume makes the visit enjoyable. Luigi Sr and Jr.handle all my Employees safety glasses and most of their personal glasses also. Please give them a try

I’ve been having some eye issues for a week now and wanted a place that could help me and that I could get in and out of fast. This was the first place to pop up on my maps and I’m so glad I went. I called at 11: 30am and they were able to get me in at 12. Once I got there signed a few forms and met with dr Horowitz quickly. He was so helpful and friendly which went a long way! Doctors have always scared me a bit and dr Horowitz really calmed my nerves, the eye exam was quite simple and he made me feel relaxed. Gave me some free samples of eye drops and cleansing pads for my eyes. I had a million questions and he answered them all, most doctors I’ve been to lately act like they don’t have enough time for the patient and are too busy for their questions, I was so glad that wasn’t my experience here, it was refreshing! Everyone on the team was very very nice and helpful. Thank you 20/20 optical!
Been going here for 10 years and always leave happy. Luigi and Jr always take the best care and ensure satisfaction every time. Always recommended!
I think the one thing that comes to mind besides the quality of the products sold as well the the exam is patience and compassion, two important qualities for any business owner, so I will most definitely refer people to 20/20optical!
