I am a resident and this place is horrible the kitchen, the cabinets are old, they are rotten. And they have cockroaches and I've had a bad experience, the ceiling leaks everywhere, the kitchen, the bathroom and also the side of the bathtub, the ceiling leaks water and the lamp is full of water, they don't do anything to repair the place, I'm tired of this, what a waste to look for. Help and report it to the city with the videos and photos I have. I hope they close these apartments, they are not in a position to rent.

22 North has been great! I moved in in February and have no complaints. Maintenance comes through and the office always helps me when I need it.

Horrendous place to live, we spent more than half a year without air conditioning, it was unbearably hot and the walls were damaged, we went to the office to report this and they never fixed it, I do not recommend living here!

Applied for their sister apartments and was denied, I was told that I would be refunded $250 out of the $330 application fee. Every time I have reached out to Leah I get the run around because I have yet to be refunded and it’s been almost 30 days! This place is a scam and I do not recommend!

I leave on this apartment one day a had flat tire wich who will knew when are you having a flat tire and the tow my car, can't wait to finish my leasing

The ladies in the office are great. They will work with you as long as you do your part. Mostly quiet at times. Only problem you may or may not have noisy neighbors.

We have awesome staff and willing to help out the best they can. I’ve been here since 2007
