Mr. Eddie and crew were amazing. They got us to the port for our vacation fast and effectively. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Tampa area.

I arrived to the lot after my cruise and my car was no longer in the lot and there was no attendant. Luckily I can track my car with my phone, so I found it over a half mile away and had to walk it. I left my key in case they had to move my car to shuffle cars, but I never knew they could move it to an entirely different location! It was moved from a paved lot to a gravel lot, and it was totally covered with dust and was a mess. The attendant where my car was apologized and said that the drivers should tell us not to go to the lot directly and we should take the shuttle. In my case I was waiting for a while and figured I would just make the walk, but as I said, I had no idea it might not be there. I will pick a service next time that I can park in one place so I do not have to give them a key.

Save yourself a lot of worries and headaches! They park the cars about one inch apart. They move your car to a different location so when you take their bus it won’t s back to the same spot you left it. My van had some damage on the side that was obviously not there before most of it rubbed off by hand. Never again will I use them!

DO NOT USE EVER! My husband and I arrived back from our cruise yesterday (11/11/2022) we had to stay an extra day at sea becuase of TS Nicole. When we arrived back at parking lot (~10 minute walk) the gates were opened but no attendant to be found anywhere! After calling the 800 number and about another 15 minute wait the valet attendant arrived with no keys! OUR VECHICLE WAS PHYSICALLY REMOVED FROM THE LOT.so when they say they keep the key to make room be advised that the vehicle may not even be on the lot you parked in upon return. The shuttle driver WAS very rude, dumped ALL KEYS from plastic ziplock back on to shuttle flloor and stated that we owned an additional $70 even though we had a paid reservation which we left in the window when we parked and handed over our key! Mr. Eddie (lot manager) did his best to resolve the situation and for that we are extremely thankful but WILL NEVER use this service again.

DO NOT USE! THIS PLACE IS SKETCHY. We left our car and the keys with the attendant in a secure, gated lot. When we returned, our car had been moved to an open, unguarded lot. No clue how long it had been sitting there. The biggest thing was that someone SIPHONED our gas while we were gone. We left the car with about 1/3 tank full and left with only about 10 miles until empty. Not sure who it was, but since the car only uses my keys to open the gas tank, it makes you wonder.

Good ole customer service! Smiles and conversations from everyone. They got us to the ship and back PAIN FREE! Too bad they don’t run the rest of the terminal.

The shuttle bus was a little out dated but a comfortable ride to and from the cruise ship. My vehicle was safe and sound and ready to go upon my arrival back to port after a wonderful cruise.

Best customer service we have ever had at a parking lot. The primary contact, Moses, bends over backwards to accommodate your individual needs. This is NOT one of those, "pay your money, no one talks to you, and you hope your vehicle is ok after your cruise" type parking lots. Customer service is actually a thing here. They have very friendly shuttle drivers to bring you right to the cruise port.

We came in very late from our flight and were still able to retrieve our vehicle. I am pretty sure the posted number is Moses' cellphone number.

The street address is wrong. It is actually, 1236 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL 33602 which is right next door to where Google says 241 is.

The lot seems a little older, and the barbwire on top of the fence is in disrepair, but they have security cameras everywhere. Why park somewhere you are just a number? Bad stuff happens everywhere, you might as well park somewhere that cares about you and your vehicle.

I parked here and went out on a 5 day cruise lot attendant’s we’re awesome very nice and helpful when I do visit again I will be parking at 241 parking they deserve all 5 stars

These people were hanging out in my vehicle…. There was stuff spilled on my seat after it was just detailed the morning we sailed off. My inside lights were left on, my car seat is now off track and My car battery was dead which I know why, there is a certain way to shut off my car in which I didn’t tell them so I knew if something went funny…At the port prior to getting my car back I seen a officer who asked who we were waiting for, we stated 241. The officer responded with good luck. He stated he just banned them for not having insurance while driving commercial people around as well as having the plate on the wrong vehicle and the vehicle they were just in a accident in wasn’t registered at all. He said 2 days before one of there drivers slammed into the shuttle ahead of them. When I called to confront 241, they said how i know this information; I told him by the officer at the port. He never apologized. Never asked for me to get a refund and or try to make the situation better. His response was see you on court. But little do they know I have a attorney located right here I’m st Pete. I would not recommend! I will be reaching out to the news and every story line I can to make this known!

I WOULD NOT USE!
I use a lot of off site parking when traveling at airports, cruise ports, etc. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. They never sent me the address of the parking lot after paying and it was difficult to find. When you arrive, you have to leave your keys with the attendant while you are gone as they move your car around a lot while you are gone to "make room". When we got back, the shuttle was nowhere to be found and it was only a short walk back to the lot so we walked as we did not mind the exercise. The attended seemed offended that we did not use the shuttle and was rude about it.

The WORST PART was when I returned to my vehicle, it had a foul smell and there was someone's leftover breakfast in my passenger seat in a to-go container. I have no idea how long that was there, but it was smelly and disgusting. Definitely not worth the minimal savings as the place is dirty, people are unprofessional, and you have to leave your keys with them when they obviously have no regard for you property/car.

I would NOT recommend this car service at all. There was a lot of underhanded dialogue at the beginning of the transaction. However, the worst part is upon returning to your vehicle, the transportation back to your car is sketch. Our party was picked up in an unmarked van, no AC, and extremely unprofessional appearance.
What takes the cake is my car was CLEARLY damaged, as if it backed into another car or a pole, and NOTHING was done about it. I called, made a complaint, and was promised a return call from the owner. Which of course never happened, even after multiple calls.
If I were you I’d spend the extra $20 and park in the parking garage.

We parked here for our 7 day Carnival Miracle Christmas cruise in December and it was awesome. Got us right over to the ship upon arrival to the parking lot. Picked us right up upon our VERY LATE return to the port due to fog closing the port that day. Will use again for our May cruise on the Paradise!

We found the parking lot by the address in the confirmation email but there was poor signage to help us find the place. In addition, the name of the parking lot was not listed on the confirmation email.

They were quick to pick us up and get us to the ship for our departure but when the cruise ship docked at the end of our trip there was a line of over a dozen people waiting 20 minutes for the one shuttle to even show up for the first time to pick us up. My family of six finally walked the half mile to the parking lot because it was going to take ages to get everyone shuttled to the lot. If your business is cruise parking, it seems you could figure out how to pick people up promptly and efficiently at the end of their trip.
