2500 Boca on Federal Apartments, Boca Raton FL

Great process and rental place! Neighbors keep to self, walls arent super thin but not sound proof either.people are super mindful of that though so we have no issues. Price is awesome especially for location. Manager on site is super nice and accommodating. We had a few issues getting some stuff processed to move in but she was very helpful and is still attentive if anything comes up for maintenance. Super nice maintenance people as well! They work super hard and are very nice with my little dog at home:)

Love living here and Savannah is the best property manager ever! And you can have pets best of both worlds.

I have been living in the building for a year and I have no problems, the neighbors are very friendly and the staff very attentive, but it impresses me how over time they have neglected to clean the corridors and the carpets.even more the exit doors. Not counting the countless times the door system doesn't work.

Stan, the maintenance man, is the Best! Besides Stan, a couple of really cool residents, and the location, everything else is not great. I lived here for 15 months. After 3 weeks of living here, my truck got broken into as well as 3 other vehicles (2500 N Hwy did nothing to help). The walls are paper-thin, and you hear your neighbor's alarms in the mornings. My A/C broke a half dozen times. Someone's toilet backed up into my shower (real nasty, but Stan cleaned it up for me, again he is the man). I saw about a half dozen roaches in my unit throughout my 15 months. Finally, parking gets pretty tight. There are close to 90 units and not a significant amount of parking spots.

1 mile from the beach is nice though.

MADE A HORRIBLE MISTAKE! RENEWED MY LEASE WITH THIS HORRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX. I have lived here almost 2 years, great location though horrible management. Always putting up new rules, going up on rent, towing your cars and visitors cars, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic did nothing to help residents just kept going up in money from making you register with out side parties for every little thing and charging extra fees. It is very SAD! I was very hesitant about signing another lease this year and they were very pushy about you making a decision. I had 60 days left to decide and they said they needed an answer. I should have not signed and just found another place. I have never missed a payment in 2 years and when i missed the deadline within a couple of hours because of an issue with a check they would not waive fee even though I just resigned another lease and am already paying 1700 for 1 bed. NOT WORTH IT! Whatever you do do not use this apartment complex, they will do you wrong. They put on a pretty face to get your money and then your stuck. Especially when I always abide by all the rules, never miss a payment, never cause any issues. Very quiet resident and even helped with doing fundraisers for their company in the past. NEVER AGAIN! This is how they treat you.

Just moved in roughly month ago melissa the manager was very helpful, polite and efficient for moving into my first place. Couldn’t have gone better, very happy with building, staff and service overall. Thankyou couldn’t ask for better place to move into.

The biggest issue was and continued to be the absolute disregard of the residence's property (vehicles). Starting with the total lack of communication from Elite and 2500boca among themselves is absurd. 2500boca has all of the residences vehicles registered and decal numbers. This should have been a seamless transition once they decided to hire Elite. There obviously is a huge absence of structure with both Elite and 2500Boca because neither did their part. Time management was also a large deciding factor, neither party showed any concerns of those residents that travel often for business. Those residents came back from a business trip only to be greeted with a boot on their vehicle. Inadequate support seems to also be a factor for both parties unless they were just being lazy.

I am a current resident for the past couple years. I have lived in 3 different units at 2500 BOCA. I was planning to renew my lease but the management decided to hire a predatory booting company to target the residents living there. This is extortion. My roommate woke up to a boot on her car today and was extorted out of $100 to remove the boot so she could go to work. I have only seen residents with boots on their cars and have spokent to no less than 5 other residents who will not be renewing their leases due to this cold hearted move by management.

The parking is terrible and they dont have enough spaces for residents. My car was booted for parking in the parking lot although I am a resident with a parking decal. Room is nice but there are management/organization issues that need a complete overhaul. I am considering leaving the place as soon as I can.

Not even 1 star I moved three month ago still waiting to get my deposit even though they deducted watver they calculate I didn’t even ask them but she still telling me I will check with the accountant she let me feel I asked her for money Ian asking for my right and my money

Such an awesome place to live! The apartment is cozy and modern, and it’s only a bike ride away from the beach too.

The office staff are super professional and friendly. They do a great job maintaining the property and they are always quick and efficient when responding to any maintenance request.
Jasmine the office manager and Stan the maintenance man always go above and beyond for the tenants.
I am so thankful to have such a wonderful team caring for the building where I live, it’s always a pleasure to come home to 2500 Boca on Federal. (FYI this is not a paid review. I am just extremely satisfied with my new apartment)

Was visiting family that lives here and really enjoyed the feel of the community. When I walked into the lobby the staff greeted me and made me feel welcomed. The interior of the apartments look great as well. Would definitely recommend!

New to Boca was looking for a nice place, But the rudest of the lady in the office drove me away, think her name is Jasmin.asked simiple questions seemed as if my questions was bothering her or she had more important things to do, i now live in apartments right behind this place great views remodeled units and the staff are wonderful, beware of lady in office!

A very nice place to live, love the pool and gym! Lots of nice neighbors and very pet friendly! Great location! Jasmine and Stan are wonderful. You should check it out.

I’ve been living here for one and a half years now and I couldn’t be happier. Jasmin and Stan do an amazing job keeping this place running. The gym being open 24-hours is a great benefit to my work schedule. The community is nice and most of the neighbors are very friendly. If you’re looking for something that’s renovated with the small community feel this is the place to be! Definitely looking forward to spending more time here!

Visiting a friend. Lobby looks nice but the landscaping needs a little work. For a community in Boca Raton it could look a lot better. I think I saw some vagrants on one side of the building and there is no safety perimeter for the apartment complex. The hallways are not air-conditioned and hot.

Great place to live! Can't beat the location and price, plus the apartments are huge. One block from the intracoastal and walk to everything!
