My laptop with 500 gigs of storage was full. When one of them at least finally returned my urgent phone call, my "expert" that I count on couldn't find my problem. Download this. Install that. Delete this. They had no idea. A real head scratcher. Call your software company and see if they can figure it out. Here's my bill. First phone call and five minutes after remoting in, Mike at 2J found the problem. Needless to say, 2JData is my expert from now on.

They do everything to make sure customer happy. Best tech group I have ever dealt with. Almost hope it breaks down again.
