BEWARE DO NOT USE THEM! I would leave zero stars if possible. We rented our chairs and umbrella for 2 days, they never showed up. We called, texted, left many voicemails and they never returned our calls. We did not receive a refund either. We talked to the beach attendant and he told us that they had received many complaints about this company. RENT FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY!

Our chairs were rented a couple of months in advance for 3 days at the beach. When we arrived at the beach service area they were not there and no one returned our calls during our stay regarding the rentals. We ended up getting a refund through our credit card company and renting chairs through Emerald Coast. The beach service people said this happens regularly with this company. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Not reliable! So disappointed! I set a date for a beach bonfire with Mike months out, I txt and confirmed with him prior to the permit application date (2 weeks out.) Then heard nothing, he did not reply to my numerous txt or phone calls, I just wanted to know a “yes” or “no” if we were having the bonfire. I had a group of 15 that were so disappointed. Too many other companies out there to take a chance with Bonito.

Mike is literally the best thing in Santa Rosa! His prices are by far the best! We used him for chair rentals and bonfire and I would do it again 100x over. He answered all my questions and I used him as a goto for other services if he could not offer them. Beaching doesn’t have to be hard when you use Mike! Mike we will see you again next year!

Have used Bonita multiple times and every time have gotten above and beyond customer service! Enjoyed the paddle boards and bonfire service and of course the chairs are well taken care of and comfy!

Seamless service start to finish! I called and made a reservation within 24 hours and Mike made it happen! Great price too! He also didn’t require 5 days / a week long rentals like all other companies. When we arrived at the beach his guys were ready and waiting, and even generous enough to offer to tow our heavy cooler. We wanted to be a bit further down the beach and they kindly lugged all their equipment to the exact piece of beach where we wanted to be located. Thanks for being an integral part of a great day!

Bonito Beach Service is by far the best service in the area! Michael is very accommodating and provides excellent customer service. You can tell he values each and every one of his customers and will go beyond great lengths to provide service when needed. Not to mention, the chairs are super comfortable! So comfortable, I fell asleep on them. The prices are hard to beat and I always recommend Bonito to any local or vacationer in the area.

Reserved a beach Bonfire last minute not really knowing what to expect. They provided everything I needed and more. The Bluetooth speaker and corn hole set up was a nice addition. Not to mention, the service provided was excellent. They were very friendly and helped us get everything up and down the boardwalk. They even made trips to the store for us as we forgot a bunch of stuff. If we come back to 30A, we will definitely use their services.

I have never used his service but I do know most of these 5 star ratings are from friends and people he works with, so basically fake. I would believe the people who gave him the bad reviews. Before using his service check out the reputable rental companies along 30 A. Writing this as a public service to all our valued visitors.

We planned our Christmas bonfire last weekend with Bonito Beach Service. Wow! That is definitely the way to go! So much fun and the weather is perfect. Being from Minnesota, 58 degrees is awesome! LOL Can't wait til we come back. Will definitely do this again next year. Thank you Michael!

Bonito Beach Service was fabulous! Chairs and umbrellas were set up early each morning and Michael sent us a picture text the first morning so we would know where to go. After our first day, we asked Michael if we could be in a specific spot for the rest of the week, and he was quick to respond and moved us the next morning. Will definitely rent through Bonito Beach Service again! Thank you, Michael, from all 5 of us at 35 Milestone

We stayed in 35 Milestone and the service from Michael this week was AMAZING! It's hard to please 5 women, but Michael made sure our chairs were just perfect for us every day! We will definitely be back!

The 2 stars are for the fact that we had never bean to Santa Rosa Beach, so we didnt know we had to reserve in advance. They were accommodating in that regard and set us up with a same day rental for some chairs that they received a last minute cancellation on. We were told that they would come by in person to collect, but by the end of the day they still hadnt come. We were finally able to contact them, which is when the harassment started.

1. I was never called, only texted, and demanded to turn over my credit card information over the phone via text (I explained I wasnt comfortable with that and would rather send a check).
2. Was repeatedly harassed and told that "I would be forced to pay if I didn't" over the course of the week or so that it took them to get their check. I was receiving multiple text messages a day, morning day and night in this fashion.

All in all the person I dealt with was very unprofessional and just annoying more than anything. I would have rather gone without the chairs that had to deal with being threatened and harassed in this way. Do yourself a favor and bring your own gear to the beach before you use these guys!

Chairs are brand new and are very comfortable. The customer service is far more superior than the competition. I highly recommend BBS!

Very dependable, nice to work with, good value, would use this service again every time I visit this area!
