They were able to squeeze me in with a one day notice when my fence builder and I could not figure out exactly who’s property the current fence was on.

It turned out to be a great move, because the existing fence was well within my property line. We don’t have a huge lot, so giving away an inch is too much

Hugely appreciate that we didn’t have to guess, or risk moving a brand new fence one day due to a dispute.

I have nothing but good to say about this company. Brian was with me every step of the way with advise and reassurance. This survey was more challenging than I had expected and I could not have had a better surveyor.

Brain Murphy has been professional, helping me settle a dispute on who's land is who's. He's very respectful and reasonable man who has gone out of his way to help me, I would recommend him to anyone who needs a survey.

Mr. Murphy and his crew did an outstanding job. We needed a toppographic survey of a portion of our property going into the creek behind our home in order to address erosion issues. He provided a fair bid and an uncomplicated contract outlining the scope of services. The contract for signature was sent electronically which we appreciated as well. His crew was polite, considerate, and efficient in completing the field work. He was in communication with our engineer while the survey was in process and the survey was completed sooner than we expected. We can recommend 3002 Surveying without reservation and will definitely use them for future survey needs.

Brian Murphy has been thoroughly personable and professional, going out of his way to help me obtain documentation needed for a building permit. He was prompt in communication and tasks; he was also reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

I had a surveyor from a different company drop the ball and I ended up on closing day with no survey for my new home. Brian took time out of his day off to complete a survey on my home so that I could close on time. I received the completed map from Brian in a very timely manner. Price is very reasonable for the high level of service you receive.

Brian was great to work with! So professional, fair pricing, worked with my timeline and made every effort to ensure delivery of a “complete & accurate” survey. Brian went one step further to recommend where we could get professional laminate copies made for the safekeeping of our documents. A great company to work with!

Brian did an excellent job with our survey for our recent home purchase. He was quick to respond, very thorough and even found the original monument. He was very professional and delivered in a timely manner to ensure we received our survey to close in time. We also appreciated his time and willingness to offer any advice and helpful information for any concerns we had.

I would highly recommend surveying 3002inc. Brian was very helpful and was very thorough. This is my wife and I first property that we ever brought. So, we was nervous and scare at the same. We are firm believer that if you want to do something right than do it don't cut corners because it will cost you in the long run.

Once again thank Brian for your patience and your understanding. This is the guy for you the price is worth it he does his homework before going out.

So you need a property surveyed in or around Alachua County? Well, Brian Murphy is the fellow you may need to contact at the beginning of your quest. First he came recommended from another busy surveyor which means a lot, being referred to by a peer is a great compliment. Second he responded to me with in minutes of my inquiry and did so very respectfully and was not pushy. He new I was under a deadline but made a competitive price. He knew I was shopping around and met the price of another slightly lower offer without seeing the Jungle he had to conquer.

Brian came out the weekend prior to getting started planned for the next week. He drove up on his bike with his son and introduced himself. He asked to if he could take a look and he was off for about 5 minutes. Came back and chit chatted for a few minutes and continued down the road stating I will be back at the beginning of next week.

That next week he showed as stated and called me to keep me informed of his plans. Highly appreciated as the realtor was off the chain about getting the survey completed. Initially things did not go well. The first day the front markers were non-existent. They laid somewhere with in an old road that has been graded who knows how many times since 1977's last survey. He left sweaty and a bit speculative on how he was going to tackle this job. He came out again after a night of research on the 1850s original plat. He decided to reference off some other surveying lingo I was not familiar with but he obviously was. He had some hi-tech equipment with him. I was thinking E. T.go home kind of stuff, Laser, Work stations, GPS devices and so on. Not much luck that day on the front as it would seem the 1977 survey was maybe not so accurate? Layman here.

He did not give up and headed to the back jungle. When I say jungle it was 420 feet of Florida prickers, brambles, and other items we only heard. Yes I said we, he let me tag along so I could watch him do some of his work. He made it interesting and was willing to answer any questions I had.

Alas success, I had given up on the jungle but he did not. He found the back or the property monuments. That was it for the day.

He came back the next day after more research and consulting with some other surveyors and the retired Alachua County Head surveyor, whom happen to be the original surveyor from 1977. Items cleared up and he was off again with the Hi-Tech stuff, brightly colored hi-visibility vest and a wide brimmed hat. Every few minutes or so he would show up with new news. We would chat and he would be off again.

At the end of that day he finally and confidently pounded in the official survey markers. And yes, he even found the old one that the old survey did not, using a trusty hi-tech pick axe.lol. He also found the other with was disturbed but now corrected.

Why such a long review? Well Brian spent 4 days working on my survey and did it right. I am sure he did not make a profit on this job. However he never gave up. He did not charge me one more dime for all the aggravation related to this job. He was a man of his word and again, GOT IT RIGHT.

This is who you want to do your survey for your property. Just saying!
