Riley did the inspection on our house when we purchased it and we were very impressed. We recently had t get a 4 point inspection for insurance with very short notice.he was able to fit us in very quickly and I had may report within a couple of days. So easy to work with!
30A Property Inspections performed a wind mitigation inspection for our Rosemary Beach property. The inspector arrived on time, was prepared and knowledgeable. Our home had some complications, including sprayed-in insulation and a small attic space making it difficult to locate and examine the hurricane clips and nail spacing on the roof decking. The inspector took the time to carefully cut away some of the spray foam insulation to expose the hurricane clips and deck nails for pictures and then carefully replaced the cut out foam insulation afterwards. He also accessed Walton County permit records while on site to confirm the roof installation dates and code compliance. We received the completed report a couple of days later. Five stars all the way.
