Wonderful view of TGH and the Bay. Fancy mahogany wood work throughout the main floor with a beautiful library/sitting room with a wrought iron spiral staircase and everything. If you are looking for a beautiful place to live this place is definitely worth the look. Easily 5 minutes from downtown Tampa and with distance of a lot a beautiful sights and Tampa native places.

Person at the font desk is incredibly rude. No idea how he still has a job.

I have lived in 345 Bayshore Blvd, and I can say they have the best management out of any of the condo/apartment buildings in Downtown/South Tampa. My husband and I spent countless hours going on tours of condo/apartment buildings in Tampa, and we finally stumbled upon 345 Bayshore Blvd. All of the staff learned our names, would greet us everyday, keep our packages for us, they even would put our delivered groceries into a shopping cart for us in order to take up to our unit. Everyday there is a crew that cleans the entire building, and the concierge makes sure that people in the building follow rules. They never allow strangers in to the building, they make sure people are quiet, they have a service elevator for large deliveries so that the three main elevators are not disturbed. If I could rate this building's management higher than 5 stars, I would.
