Dr. Paige did surgery to my husband and two sons. Never a complaint and everything went well and smooth with the staff. We recommend Dr. Paige for any related medical/orthopedic issues.

Awful experience at this office! Brought my son in for ingrown nails and the Doctor was sweating profusely during the visit, sweat was dripping from his forehead which he kept wiping off and there was a puddle of sweat on the counter were his arm was rested. He wanted to schedule surgery at the hospital and put my son in twilight for the procedure, he said it was just his preference rather than an in office procedure. When asked if it could be done in office he said he could look around and see if they had the equipment! My son had an infection, no antibiotics were prescribed and told no need for neosporin. Took my son somewhere else were the procedure was done in office after a round of antibiotics. This office made me give a $150 deposit, which was overpaid on the insurance claim, now I can't get a refund! Have made 3 requests in the last month and a half and it still hasn't been issued. Do not recommend!

Beware they told me I needed surgery and the doctor left, Dr. Borne and we decided to do physical therapy not to jump the gun. Needless to say it did not work and I called them and they stated with my medical records they have that I will see another surgeon so I was excited hoping I would get this surgery done after 3 years of hell of going through this after a ACDF cervical fusion my whole shoulder and trapedius is swollen tight burning in my back. Then I get a phone call that this new doctor in the facility does not want to do surgery with no reason whatsoever. I asked them can you give me a reason they said no! What kind of office is this never mind they know I'm on medicare and that tells me a lot of work to do with little pay and that

I hate being broken, but i love my 360! That never rush into unnecessary surgeries. They are completely "me" first.

Wonderful staff. Dr Lento is the best. Truly honest and helpful with his patients. Dr Born performed an AC revision on my shoulder and did an awesome job. Totally pain free now.

Was never told that there is an additional charge for taking x rays prior to actually taking them. Then received a bill in the mail for the x ray. I called and asked about the charge but never received any call back. Not a fan of "hidden" charges. Dr. Farino was great.

I have been to a few different orthopedic offices before but none as professional, and as courteous as Dr. Born and his Staff. Customer service is awful! Do not recommend them at all! Doctors need to realize the people that you see and speak to first need to be friendly.

Dr. Born performed a patellar tendon repair on my right knee. I went to a handful of orthopods prior to Dr. Born. He is brief and succinct in the exam room. The procedure was successful even though most literature/articles have shown only modest benefit. I’m a 37 year old former athlete who still trains rather intense. I have resumed most normal activities. Qualities that make a good surgeon from patient perspective: expectations must be explained and accurate, training up to date (not an old school approach), considers multi modal recovery (PRP, therapy, etc etc), ability to communicate complex concepts/terms to patients. He checked every box.

I really like SOA. Dr. Born is on time and is very competent and patient oriented. Takes his time and explains everything. Xray department fast and also patient oriented. Receptionists seem to be very anxious to help. Inside on 2nd floor.

"Dr. Rell" seen me over the course of eighteen months and after two MRIs, X-Rays, 2 type Boots, 2 Air Boots, I had an AFO "made" per his referral and my cost, feet wrapped several times, a black sleeve/velcro wrap thing, and ZERO medications, creams, and shots, and finally he said just wear the boot which at any length was to heavy for my back to support and my driver foot? ! He finally said "Well I can only suggest you to wear the boot and if you don't then I don't know what to tell you! " Now I have a serious foot problems and need "surgery" on the area that he convinced me did not need surgery! He used my insurance and my time without anything being done! He sent me away and I trusted a practice full of "specialists! " who obviously do not have anybody watching over anything. As long as your insurance pays they will kept trailing you along and try to ask to see another doctor; they will drop you and the office staff where never friendly! Do not come here unless you have an unlimited amount of office visits and testing, lots of time to waste, and then wonder if the end diagnosis was correct? Unfortunately for me, I am finding out now that a serious surgery will only fix the past three years of pain and limping!

Avoid at all costs. Had an epidural done which did not work. Dr told me to call back and schedule another. I spoke to Lisa, his scheduler, and she huffed and puffed on the phone like I was bothering her. This is why insurance companies are the true customers NOT the patient. Drs and their teams can treat patients as the please with no repercussions.

Called to schedule an appointment after being in a motorcycle accident. Called back to see status 6 hours later when they said that I may have to put $150 deposit towards my $4000 deductible in order to get in to see a doctor. They are in network and I should only have a $40 co-pay.
I called another doctor who was able to make an appointment while I was on the phone with them, verify that my office visit would only be the $40 specialist copay and the other doctor's office couldn't explain why anyone would need a deposit for a simple office visit or wait 6 hours with two broken bones in my foot and 3 cracked ribs. I understand that everyone's health insurance is crazy these days but I am going for a consultation per the ER Dr's recommendation not trying to set up a surgery.truly unbelievable.

My child's pediatrician called them to try to make an appnt.for my son, but the person who schedules the appointments was so rude. This lady called me and made me feel so stupid, she made me feel so frustrated to to point that I just wanted to cry. I had to hung up the phone on this lady. I called my child's peditrician back to let them know what had happened and they said they will find somebody else and will never send any more patients to them. I do not recomend this place, customer service is not the best. I am only clicking the star because it was not letting me post my coments.: (
