3D Countertops - Granite & Quartz Jacksonville

I would recommend 3D countertops to anyone. Not only are the counters beautiful but their customer service is excellent. They are very quick to respond and their technicians are kind and clean up after themselves when the job is done.

Our 3D Quartz countertops look amazing! Ely, Mark, and the 3D team were great to work with on the project. They handled all the details and coordination of removal and installation of the backsplash as well as our countertops. Would us 3D again without hesitation!

The team at 3D Countertops went above and beyond to deliver everything we wanted with our counters. I stopped in their shop expecting to look around at multiple places, but after talking with their team, we purchased on the spot. Their prices were competitive, but what sold us was the quality of their work. We got a waterfall edge and the craftsmanship is perfect. They matched the veining and the seam isn't visible. Very happy we went with 3D Countertops. I highly recommend them.

On our visit to the showroom Mr. Abbot spent hours with my wife making sure that the product and color were exactly what she wanted later we received a phone call from Chase to set up our appointment for installation which takes about two weeks from initial ordering. Eli and crew did a remarkable job of removing the old and installing the new countertops. Quality product and craftsmanship and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend 3D countertops.

The most amazing company by far. They definitely put their customers first and make sure that they are taken care of fully. My experience with them was amazing. Their customer service is what all businesses should strive to be which unfortunately in this day& time is hard to find. They did a wonderful job installing my countertops. And my new sink, they also were so kind to come back. When we got chips in our countertop, that was our fault months after install. And they came out and fixed it no charge. I also accidentally broke my cutting board. And they replaced it at no charge, they have been absolutely wonderful. The communication is great, and they follow-up really well. Very happy with my experience with them. And not to mention, they had the best prices in town and some of the best quality Stone That I found. I hands down, recommend them to anybody Looking to have counter tops done. They definitely are the best in Jacksonville.

3D countertops was extremely helpful in assisting me with getting exactly what I wanted. They were very helpful from start to finish. They did an excellent job ensuring everything was cut to form and completely level. If you’re looking for a company that does very honest work and stands by that, I cannot recommend 3D enough. Very pleased with the entire experience and attention to detail with them. A+

Picked out a piece of granite with John at 3D Countertops for my craft area in our new home. Chase called and set up a time for the template to be done, once the template was completed they set up a time for installation.
Everything happened in a timely manner when they said it would happen. Installers were polite and installed it in about a half hour. It looks great and we are very happy with our experience with 3D Countertops.

Mark at 3D was very easy to work with and made this part of our remodel easy. Would definitely recommend!

Do not do business with 3D, they are soo unorganized, they gave me quotes on 3 different counter tops, I was interested in the most expensive option at first, decide not to go with with it due to it being marble, then they increased the price on the less expensive countertop. Tried to work with them on a comprise, they agreed to less of an increase but proceeding to gave me the run around after trying to purchase the countertop for 2 days. I ended up going with a more expensive option with another company to avoid dealing with them.

The best place to buy countertops and cabinets! The cabinets are all solid wood, and beautiful in quality, and the fabrication of the countertops are mint. I wouldn’t chose any other place to do my rental homes at the prices they give with such quality!

DO NOT HIRE THEM! After seeing their ad for a quartz countertop special that included a free sink AND plumbing included, I hired 3D Countertops to replace my countertops in my small kitchen. The work started nearly three weeks ago. It took them only a few hours to install the new countertops. However, the project is incomplete and I have not heard from them despite repeated attempts to get them to finish the job.
#1. They did NOT do the plumbing as advertised. I had to hire someone to reinstall my plumbing and garbage disposal because after three days, I needed my sink.
#2. They left a big hole in my wall which apparently was not planned for despite the plan to cut down my counter. You can see right through to the outer wall and studs. Now I need to hire someone to drywall and repaint the area, possibly the entire wall.
#3 When they came to measure and cut a template for the new countertops, they did not plan for my electrical outlet and garbage disposal switch near my sink. The switch for my garbage disposal is now hanging UNDER and BEHIND my kitchen sink making my garbage disposal unusable because I cannot even reach the switch without trying to bend my wrist in a very uncomfortable, awkward way. The plumber who I hired to reinstall my garbage disposal and connect by sink said he'd never seen anything like it. The switch and outlet are both just hanging under the counters.
I followed up many times with John who said they would send an electrician to fix my electrical outlet and someone to patch up the hole. An electrician came by to assess the work but he later told me that 3D has not approved the work as it will require extensions and cutting into the drywall. All possible but will take work.
#4 They did not bring the 4-inch backsplash from the countertops. I asked several times if someone would be dropping off the pieces. No response.
Save yourself the trouble and hire a company that will actually complete the work and do it as advertised.

Working with 3D Countertops was a fantastic experience. They are super thorough and have great communication throughout the whole process. There was a quick turnaround from the time they come to measure, to the order and then install as well. I ordered countertops for three separate rooms and they all came out beautiful. I cannot recommend them enough!
