Did give me what I requested short of dealing with some issues that I had with timeliness and quality of work.
For the most part was on budget.
Part there was something lacking.
In fairness to 3D maybe it was me.
However, didn’t get the feeling that I would return for future work.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Very disorganized business. I regret having trusted this company.

I contacted Mike about a 3D printing job I needed done. He was very friendly and professional. He told me that he usually does jobs that involve designing and printing but, in this case, he was willing to help me out.
I couldn’t be more thrilled with the result and with his quick turnaround.
I would highly recommend him for any 3D printing/designing needs.

Terrible business. No communication with me. Continued to change completion date. Had to chase updates on my project. Was advised it was completed then he broke it before i picked it up. Didn't call to let me know of further delay. I was told less than a week. Nearly 2 months later and never finished. Don't use this company.

Mike and his staff are dedicated to perfection. They can take your basic idea and make it a reality in 3D form. In my case, my designs were about 90% ready for production. They just needed a little tweaking to make them more efficient and more easy reproduce. During my product launch Handi Hose caught the eye of the As Seen On TV people, as well as Brian Fried, A Shark Tank regular. So I quickly needed some samples sent out to these potential sales channels. I was stuck. But along can Mike and his staff and they made the impossible - POSSIBLE. They took my CAD designs and hand-molded all the pieces I needed to send complete Handi Hose units to these once in a lifetime connections. I met with Mike. He was up front and honest explaining my needs didn't require 3D printing. He then spent nearly 2 hours helping me find an alternative solution for my product. I am so grateful I met with him and can't say thank you enough for his help.

3D Print FL and Imagine3d are awesome to work with. I presented my idea and it had a couple of stumbling blocks I couldn't nail down. He had some immediate ideas on how to solve my issues and drawing and prototyping was quick and easy. I am eager to work more with them very soon!
