3G Home Exteriors, a real 5plus star company. I had them do an extensive makeover job at my home. Brett Heier and his team came on the date and time agreed on, and went to work upon arrival. They primed and painted the whole house starting the job with a power wash. After the house was finished, BH sent another team to pick up the old shrubbery and replaced it with gorgeous plants such as: Birds of Paradise, Xmas Palmtrees, a Triple Pygmy Date palm, Geraniums, Mexican Petunias, and surrounded everything with black mulch.

Due to water damage we had dry rot on the fascia board under our super gutter which connects the house to the cage covering our pool. Because we were replacing the cage the fascia board needed to have the dry rot areas replaced. Austin, from 3G arrived at the house at 9: 00 and by 1: 00 had expertly patched the areas of dry rot, caulked and painted the repaired areas, cleaned up the saw dust and the result was and expert job. He is truly a craftsman and I absolutely would use 3G in the future.

We had rotten wood under an old lanai that we removed to replace and Austin came in and did a great job listening to my concerns and questions and replaced the wood, wrapped it with aluminum and added new soffits. It looks great and all of the little idiosyncrasies of a 1963 home were dealt with in a way that no-one would know. Very happy with the work and the experience)

I would very highly recommend the services of 3G, the team of Al, Sebastian, and the rest of the gents are absolutely awesome! They are professional, punctual, friendly & very helpful. They provide first class work at a very affordable price. They assisted me with the painting of my home’s exterior a couple years ago, then have since helped me with some touch ups, dry wall, and interior painting within the last few Months. I have used this company several times & the work is impeccable, on time, professional & ethical. I would use them again if I needed gutters, painting or roofing.

There are two reasons I'm giving 3G a 5 star rating:
1. Alicia
2. Rafael

Alicia consistently returned calls & e-mails, resolved the normal concerns anybody has when getting work done on their house and if she couldn't fix the issue she immediately elevated it to Brett the owner. Of course once the boss gets involved things get fixed, but it's Alicia that made that happen.

Whatever her position is within 3G, she should have her duties, responsibilities and pay increased. She's worth it.

The second reason 3G gets a 5 star rating is the young man that did all of the fascia / carpentry work - Rafael. He's the consummate professional in his displayed carpentry abilities, keeping me informed about the progress of the job and stayed until the work for the day has been completed - 7 pm for two nights.

I'd be remiss if I didn't give an honorable mention to Brett, the owner of 3G. Once he was made aware of an issue it got fixed - immediately. Weather backed up 3G's work schedule but Brett knew I had painters immediately following their work so he redirected assets in order to ensure my painting timeline was met.
