I’ve worked my entire life in hospitality. I turned to a local Facebook group to get recommendations on plumbers in the area. I found many people having had good experience with this company. There’s not enough words to describe my appreciation for 3rd Generation Plumbing in Marathon I called at 8 o’clock this morning 1/23, I spoke to Vinny (who was beyond helpful, professional and efficient) I had TWO shower cartridges failing/ plumbing resulting in a unstable hot water issue. Their team found a way to squeeze me in and have my job completed all before 1 PM same day! Freddy the tech on the road was very nice, understanding and put me at ease. NOT TO MENTION, I GOT TEXT THROUGHOUT THE MORNING LETTING ME KNOW THEIR ETA! This is called customer service. This is why I will go back. This is why you should use 3rd Generation Plumbing

I spent many hours trying to unclog my sewer pipe with no luck. I spoke with Vinny the next day at 730am about my issue and he said it would be after 2pm that Freddy could stop by because they were real busy. At 930am Freddy called and said he'd be there in 5 minutes and at 935am he showed up. An hour later my plumbing issue was resolved. Vinny and Freddy were very professional and knowledgeable and I will call and recommend them for future plumbing issues.

I am delighted that your plumber came a little ago and in a quick moment assessed the problem snd fixed the line.but when I tried to make my sink flowing water turn to hot to wash dishes, nothing came on.did I do something wrong? Help - when you can. I will do without hot now but not sure about doing without it forever. Nancy Berry
PS - This great plumber, came back to our condo and once again fixed the issue with the hot water - That was above and beyond his duty to us. OUTSTANDING - will definately recommend them! A+

Had an emergency issue with an unknown underground leak. We called first thing Monday morning and by 9am Fran was at the property working fast to fix the issue. Extremely thankful for the prompt courtesy efficient service! Price was very reasonable too. We absolutely recommend 3rd Generation Plumbing to anyone who has problems.

My 15-year-old hot water heater died! I called them in a panic, and they had a new one installed within a few hours! Technician was fast, knowledgeable, and happy! I really appreciate it so much!

I have used this company for years, from sewer hook up to hot water replacement and other things. This time it was to fix a leaking shower faucet. The guy came out and looked and said he would have to come back tomorrow and finish after cutting off water to the bathroom. He had another guy with him so instead of the 175.an hour I was charged 250.00 for the 2 plumber fee. I’m sorry one yes, the other guy was a go getter. All he did was get this get that and shut off and turn on the water for the plumber. I feel like 1350.00 to replace 1 bathroom faucet is outrageously high. At the rate of 250 for 2 plumbers why would it take that long. I’m a was a loyal customer but I’m not going to use them again nor am I going to recommend them to anyone.
