Ok so I usually don't post any reviews unless it's extremely great or really bad. This one is still bad, nothing was done by the personnel of the this business to help me out and do what they said can be done.

Long story short, before I came to the 3T I called and asked specifically if I can do the mri scan and then, because I do not have my own Dr if they could provide an expert opinion on what to do next. I was told yes

Then I did the scan (which was done professionally) after I finished the scan I went to the front desk person and asked the same question. Can a Dr from your office call me and read the results to me and if it costs extra I can pay since I am paying out of pocket (no insurance). I was told yes, absolutely we have your number and as soon as that is done a Dr will give you a call.

Then after no one called me for a week I decided to give them a call and check if it's still possible to get an expert opinion on the scan. I was rerouted to a different line and got to an automatic answering machine which I did leave a message to. Then I repeated this last step few more times through the week and got the same answer.

So no one can actually deliver what was asked in the first place. So now I have a cd with my scan which I have to take somewhere else I guess. Point is, I probably would have not take the mri here if I knew that it would not be followed by a Dr call.

After posting this review I got an immediate response from the Dr office and basically got what I needed from the beginning! I wish if I didn't have to go through this step but they really did react as a professional group and resolved an issue right away! Great job!

Super rude. I called in at 1: 45 p, today to make a payment, and they were super unprofessional and rude. Total lack of professionalism. When I asked to speak with a supervisor he got even more upset. And he told me he was the owner. Wont be going back there ever. Very incompetent "owner". Specially when i was calling to pay my bill. Wont recommend that place anymore.

UPDATE: After posting my review, i got a called from JT, (JORGE) that works for 3T. He was super nice, professional and polite. He did everything possible to make sure my experience with 3T was positive.
I am very happy that 3T cares for their customers. Thank you JT.

Amazing staff and patient care, I was in terrible pain, they took me first time on a Monday, brought me in and performed the MRI super fast, helped me leave in no time, and provided me with the images almost immediately. I to thank all the team but specially Andrew, TJ and Dr. Feinberg at Miami Beach facility, for their outstanding service and incredible experience.

The place is where I had my MRI, CAT scan and PET scan. With the multiple visits, I have been having very positive and satisfactorily experiences. The staffs are professional, caring and tender. The environment is welcoming with spacious and comfortable chairs, water Fontaine with paper cups, and spotless marble floor. This is the place you will recommend to your family members and your friends. Thanks for 3T Radiology and Research!

I was at 3T Radiology and Research this morning had an appointment for 10: 15 and got there at 10: 00. When I got there they didn’t have the authorization for my MRI from my insurance company. I had emailed JT and Ileana my insurance card front and back and they had put me as Florida Medicaid (BIG MISTAKE) and I also emailed the two orders for the MRI Zane the X-ray. Well to make this long story short waited 2 hours to leave without doing anything. This outfit is NOT TRUSTED! It’s run by irresponsible young kids that don’t know what the right hand is doing. DONT WASTE your time go elsewhere! I already took my orders to another imaging place. Very very long wait for nothing!

Ms. Layara Mejias ultrasound Tech.is an excellent professional.

Fastest place to get an appointment. You can get from one day to another. Clean, spacious and great facilities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. After trying few places this is my fav so fast because its incredibly fast and love the staff. For parking the area is easy and you can even park for free in the afternoon the open parking behind the corner.

Customer service is the top priority here! I had an appointment for an MRI and was seen on time, maybe even a little early. The technician Andro was amazing, I was so nervous and he did his best to make me comfortable, including suggesting the manager JT would sit with me. I wouldn't have gotten through the MRI without JT! He was so kind and sat listening to the loud noise of the machine with me the entire time. Maggie and Tiffanie were also so helpful and nice, they had my results ready in just minutes. Thank you so much 3T!

A huge THANKS to LAYARA MEJIAS (ultrasound tech) such a very professional young lady With great patience my wife was an intern as well and we were both lucky to have Layara attend us! Thank you very much because you are not only very good at your job but also an excellent person! Sure we will see you again next year for the annual check! I would highly recommend "3T Radiology" The facilities are 1st class and the staff is amazing. Maggy and Tiffanie take care of all incoming patients with a friendly smile but a very professional attitude. JT and Technician Andro deserve a big prize. They dealt with my MRI tube fears with such patience, that without their support I could have never completed my MRI. Thank you everyone!

Beyond amazing experience- Layara Mejias, the ultra sound tech made it a very pleasant experience. Her positive and happy energy was such a delight to be with. The staff at the 300 W 41st. Street suite 201 Miami Beach Fl 33140 was all very sweet and really made me feel like such a priority. They treated me so well and I would HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone and anyone. Once again, Layara Mejias was absolutely incredible!

I had a great visit with the staff. Tiffanie was the first member, I met she was warm and friendly. The personnel was very knowledgeable and professional. Too Maggie, TJ, Maggie and Chab I say thanks for making this a good experience
