7The experience of yoga in this space is so magical. Not only is Betsy a powerful yogi but she has an energy that exudes love and grace that lifts your spirit. The physical space is exquisite and the small details added at every class are so appreciated. Betsy meets you where you are in your yoga practice. So grateful for this community and for Betsy.
Had my first class this morning with Betsy at 4 Elements yoga Naples and wow was I impressed! The atmosphere and setting were fantastic and extremely unique. Betsy is a skilled teacher with a warm, welcoming personality and very zen energy. (Which this type A girl finds to be very helpful!) I especially appreciated the shoulder massage and sound healing at the end of practice. I will be back!
The rooftop 4 elements yoga class was fantastic! For those who aren't regularly practicing yoga, the class was well paced and still made me feel confident and comfortable with what we were doing. The teacher is really great!

First time doing yoga in a while. Far exceeded my expectations. All in a very inviting, comfortable, and very well appointed unique outdoor balcony space, Betsy was also a very supportive, knowledgeable and attentive instructor/guide.
I love this balcony yoga studio. There is nothing better than outdoor yoga. Betsy is amazing, providing a safe and comfortable environment no matter where you are in your practice. I love that she provides adjustments for someone newer to yoga. You also have the option for essential oils and slight massage as you relax into shavasana.
Whenever you arrive, Betsy always greets everyone with a warm welcome and big smile! You immediately feel that you belong. All of her staff have such great positive energy that you just have to smile when you arrive and when you leave. Whether you are new or experienced, you will not be disappointed. Betsy has done an incredible job with her outdoor zen-den!
