Very nice place, especially if you like meat. Staff are friendly and help with any problem you have. They even have taco Tuesday, so that's a bonus!

Came here on a Monday, the service was great, the food was good (mac and cheese wasn't that great), the place was clean! The only reason I'm giving it a 3 star is because ALL of my food was cold (except the Mac and cheese). I ordered a smokehouse 2×2 and again the taste was amazing but I just couldn't really enjoy it because it was very cold, not even warm I mean cold! Idk if I would come back, I'm thinking when it's busy they might constantly have the food rotating therefore keeping it warm because today they literally just served me cold food. I would have even preferred they at least microwaving it for me.very disappointing because I had high expectations for this place.

Said they are giving 1/2 pound meat and I got the (2 meats) 2Times 2 with 2 sides. I went twice and got the brisket for both meats and both times they gave me 1/2 brisket and the other meat none. Sides are good and the grits seemed that they are burnt due to the way they are baked. I came for protein but the portion they gave did not match the menu. About $16 Charged. For kid size $7 meal portion.

The portion sizes were weak. The brisket tasted boiled with no smoke taste and zero smoke ring. The burnt ends were boiled meat cubes masked with bbq sauce. The ribs were almost passable however little to no smoke ring. Sausages tasted boiled with no taste. Sides were no better. Mac n cheese was mushy with velveta cheese. The only positive was the corn bread. This has been the worst bbq I have ever tried to eat.

BBQ is tough and my heart goes out to these folks. How do you keep it moist and flavorful and hot and not overcooked, it's tough. That's why so many BBQ places close. We had the sausage- very dry, the brisket- about the same tasted a bit like it had been stored in the fridge and then heated up, ribs the same way- sorry, The burnt ends, were not really burnt ends. All those positive reviews caused us to drive a long way and hate to say it, I don't think they are all real- people from other places and countries with only one review. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't have left this without all those- perceived- fake reviews.

Place needs a little cleaning up didn't understand why there wasn't any plates to put my food on I didn't like that at all little bit pricey but overall I give it a 3

First time there and even though the line moves quickly they will slow it down to assist. The food is great, my family and I all enjoyed.

We ordered the rib rack, it was really really good, 1.5 racks for 3 people (we don't eat THAT much tho). Attention was nice, place seems like it needs a little maintenance but nothing too serious. I'd come back to try the sandwiches

Not kid friendly. I got the family to come out as we received an email for bogo sandwiches. We were all very excited and sat at a table outside. With three screaming kids three years old and under, the line wasn’t going fast enough and they were getting hungry and impatient. There was a staff member, Tayler, who recognized this and was understanding and companionate and offered to place the order for us and we could eat there. After placing the order, the manager or some young lady who thought she could make decisions vetoed the idea and told us to continue to wait in line- understanding we left the line when the Taylor said she would help us out given the circumstances. We left with two of the three kids screaming and went to BurgerFi next door and had an amazing experience. Will not be back!

4.7 stars for me. Best briskets in SoFlo for me. Very tender, tasty for any dish served. Great signature sauce both hot and regular. Only concern is the portion size.

I would just like the time to applaud the night staff on 4/30/21. They had a huge line way past closing and still served everyone with a smile! They truly showed amazing customer service. The food was amazing and really hit the spot!

This spot is the one I always prefer. I go to a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I go the most. The stuff is very warm and the cuisine they serve is so delicious. I never decline to have a decent dinner in this restaurant. Highly recommended.

The COVID pandemic and travel restrictions cost me a solid year of delighting in 4 Rivers BBQ. So, when I had a chance to get back (to Florida, and Orlando specifically) I couldn't wait. To be fair, I had only ever visited the Winter Garden location - and it was always, 20+ times, fantastic. This location, their W Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee location, a huge disappointment. In fact, the only reason I'm even giving them 2 stars is the fact the manager was incredibly professional and eager to provide amazing customer service in the face of some pretty irritated (disappointed) customers. They sold out of two favorites - Brisket and Pulled Pork - due to a BOGO special they had running.

Bottom line - service was painfully slow. The food (pulled chicken, burnt tips, and ribs plus mac and cheese, greenbeans, and corn all well well below expectations and past experiences. A restaurant can't help it when they run out of food. They can 100% help how the food they do serve tastes, and how efficiently the staff handles orders.

(Look, it's not like they never see crowds. Especially on a Sat night. By the way, who's idea was it to do a BOGO on a Sat night? Not smart.)

Will I go back to the Winter Garden location - 100% yes. Will I risk another location? No way.

The food was really good you won’t be disappointed at all- go try it today.
Taco Tuesday deal is great comes with 3 tacos and a drink.

2 stars because - Why would you take your company off DoorDash? Easily the best brisket down here in south Florida, but inconsistently cooked from time to time, great sweet potatoes, good sides, good portion size.
