1st time there and everything was great.brisket and burnt ends, collard greens and baked beans, cornbread and several desserts.we got 4 different ones and split each 4 ways and that was plenty! All were yummy! Nice, casual BBQ place!

Lots of seating indoors & out. They have a separate dessert counter. Can't go wrong with the juicy brisket carved on the spot! We also tried the burnt ends melt and it was Amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. The sweet potatoes were seasoned and delicious. Good spot for family dining and meeting up with friends!

Great experience at this location and Chris took great care of my company’s Christmas party meal! Food was a hit, as always, but the customer service was an awesome bonus!

My burnt ends were delicious. Online ordering and curbside pickup was great. My husband didn't like his brisket, corn or ribs. So I dropped a star for him.

Have had a very memorable experience here at East UCF 4 Rivers Smokehouse location. Chris, Brandon, and Mel have been the greatest Manager training team I have ever trained with. The team of VERY smart individuals mostly UCF students seem to really love working here. Thank you for all you support the past month you have been a JOY to work beside.

We called in an order for 5 adults and 2 kids this evening for pickup. We requested having our order brought out and called upon arrival. We were two minutes early. They forgot about us and we had to go in and get it. By the time we got home the food was ice cold. The portions were small for the price.
I had burnt ends and the beef was dry as chalk and the pork looked like scrapings off the cutting board.
Waste of money…. Waste of time

Only down side is they don't pile on the meats like other bbq places and for the price you feel like you should get more

Excellent barbecue and some really tempting desserts in their bakery. The staff members are consistently welcoming and friendly, and the food is always great. The covered outdoor patio is one of my favorite spots when the weather is nice (but also serves as a handy way for me to get advance warning of how busy it is when I drive by). Portions are generous, and they conveniently have to-go containers and lids for everything next to the drink station in case I end up with leftovers (which is always).:)

It was my mother-in-laws birthday & at 79, we could've had a better experience. I was a manager years ago at a breakfast place & I didn't see a manager present at this location. All I saw was a bunch of high school kids handling or should I say trying to handle the business. I know this is a college town but we were across from a high school & I gave my employees the skills to handle situations. For instance, my food was cold & no one likes to eat BBQ cold so I took it back. Now the girl at the register took it back no problem but the girls remaking my order were looking at each other & rolling their eyes. I was always told take care of the customer no matter what & that means don't look at the customer & roll your eyes. That makes the customer feel really bad for complaining at all which they shouldn't have done if the order was correct.we enjoyed the rest of the meal but that put a damper on my evening if I went there out of my was celebrating!

I have been going to 4 Rivers for years since they had only one location in Winter Park and it has been hands down one of my favorite BBQ places. However, it seems the quality of the food has been going down over the past year or two. The past few times I have ordered take out, the quality of the food has been very inconsistent. On my most recent take out order I ordered four items with brisket and requested lean meat. Half of the brisket I received on these items was all fat and had to be thrown out. Additionally, an order of pork ribs I ordered was extremely fatty. It is a shame as it seems like the quality of meat they use has declined. It is definitely no longer worth driving 20 minutes out of my way to pick up food from here. The only reason I am providing a two star review was the woman I spoke with when I called to complain was very friendly/understanding and provided me a partial refund. At least they provide good customer service when they screw up. I really hope they start to put some better quality control procedures in place. It seems like they have been more focused on expanding over the past few years rather than maintaining their food standards/quality.

The absolute worst barbecue place I've ever been to. Drove 40 minutes from my hotel because people said it was great, and ended up with burnt ribs that were so crispy the meat was inedible. You could hear it crunch when I hit the fork. The half chicken was a good portion but extremely dry and tough to stomach. The fries were OK. Spice rub used to season lacks depth and flavor. BBQ sauce was flat and flavorless. The okra taste like the store bought kind. Baked beans tasted like beans with ketchup. Would not recommend. This made me cry inside. It certainly wasn't BBQ. Even my toddlers refused to eat it after the first bite.

This is some of the best BBQ you can get around. The brisket is juicy, tender, and so flavorful. At first I wasn't a big fan of the savory sauces but they have grown on me. Can't go wrong eating here.

This rating is solely for the doordashers. Ide business to deliver from. Spaces up front. Door for takeout section. Food almost always ready immediately or within a few minutes. I've had only one long wait in dozens of deliveries.

My first time at this location. Great food as always. Awesome service too! Ate outside on the covered patio. Loved the master BBQ wall.

We heard great things about this smokehouse so we decided to try it. I really wanted to love this place. I gave it a two star because the pulled chicken was great. I got the pulled chicken and pulled pork. The pulled pork was bland. The green beans were great. The Mac n cheese tasted like stoffers microwave meals. My husband got the ribs. They were super fatty. I ended up getting a cookie bar from the bakery. The cooker bar was so hard that I broke my fork trying to break into it. I took one bite and it was awful ended up throwing it away. The prices were pretty high there. I would highly recommend skipping and going somewhere else.

We had one of the best Thanksgiving, because of the company, and the food was awesome. Especially the Brisket. Was incredible.

From a vegetarian: great side dishes! Best fried okra around town. Good spicy corn. Sweet potato casserole is amazing. Roll was basic. Cornbread was Northern.
