I am certain that I could never write a review that could truly explain how impressed I am with 4 Star Plumbing's service/repair (Alex & Andrew), customer service (Melissa), management ("Big Andrew"). I am blown away! No, I am not related or being paid for this! My dementia client had an emergency.leaking into apartment below. Melissa heard me when I said I really needed service ASAP. Andrew arranged for it to happen. Alex and young Andrew showed up in less than 30 minutes. They were so kind and professional. They knew they would also need access to the apartment below. After their impeccable work was done - diagnosing the problem was so precise, and the plan and execution of work was so impressive - I went down to neighbor below. She was even impressed with the work and attention Alex & Andrew provided. Everything was seamless. I cannot believe that this company is lucky enough to have such a great staff that cares so much. They are obviously held to a high standard and trained very well, and they must enjoy working there too. I know how hard it is to find good workers. Let me start by saying this company, has our business from now on. I am a property manager, last night in the early hours one of the properties I manage had an issue with the plumbing. This morning a friend of mine recommended 4 star plumbing. I called and spoke with Andrew, not only did he get one of his specialists out to me he operated fast. Christian the plumbing specialist was amazing brilliant skills and wasted no time whatsoever to fix the issue, the thing that impressed me the most is that this gentleman explained to me what the problem could be and let me watch. Thanks so much Christian. If you have a plumbing issue of any kind please use this company you won’t be disappointed.

The advertising is free estimates, when I call, a nice lady told me that there is a charge of 150 dollars.
Why you guys are doing that?

I struggled to find a trustworthy and skilled plumber-and I certainly found it with 4 Star Plumbing. I first began working with Andrew over the phone. Then he found the best guy for me to do the work. Carlos was amazing he came to our condo and installed a difficult high end bidet toilet and made it look easy. He cleaned up everything before he left. I was more than happy and plan to tell all my friends and family to use them.

Absolutely wonderful! I had 4 previous plumbers before this who couldn't seem to fix the problem. I am so pleased that I found 4 Star Plumbing. The gentleman who came was wonderful! Kind, explained everything he was doing, gave me options, listened to everything I had tried previously. So happy and will exclusively be using this plumbing service moving forward.

Alex was polite, informative, knowledgeable and accommodating. We will always call 4 Star Servicing for our plumbing needs and ask for Alex.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday late at night. I got this company without knowing them. I was so happy with the plumber they sent, Eduardo Cisneros. Not only did he do a great job and fixed the problem, he was very helpful, honest and knowledgable. He is one of the best plumbers we have had and I would highly recommend him to others. I know in the future I will use Eduardo Cisnero again and 4 Star Plumbing.

Alex is amazing as is 4 Star Plumbing. They really should be called 5 Star Plumbing. There is nothing they can’t assist with.

Had an awesome experience with 4 star plumbing. The professionalism and dedication to assisting customers is above the rest. They have customers for life with us! The service repair done on our hot water heater couldn’t have been more pleasant. Everything was explained and handled thoroughly. I recommend 4 star to everyone I know. Would have given them 3 stars initially because they forgot my appointment, but they offered to reschedule for the next day with a 10% discount. They charged $125 initial diagnostic fee. With 10% my bill was $112 to fix low water pressure in my kitchen sink. They got the problem solved and their service was great, except for the scheduling problem i had with them in the first place.

After the embarrassment of my guest bathtub flooding the condo below me I called 4 Star Plumbing. Eduardo showed up and quickly and kindly replaced my bathtub shoe (I didn’t even know my bathtub had a shoe). I am a first time home owner and know nothing about plumbing. Eduardo talked me through everything he was doing and the possibilities. Not only will I continue to use 4 Star Plumbing (but I hope I don’t have to) I will be asking for Eduardo! Thanks Eduardo!

My First time to call 4 star Plumbing service, and I am very satisfied with the service provided by Mr. Danilo P, who was straightforward on what he thought would be the possible causes of the problem and the price quote very reasonable. Mr. Danilo P.is very courteous and respectful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Carlos Franco is very professional to take today's job to drain the kitchen sink and repair a leak.
He is an excellent plumber! I would recommend him as a competent choice.

Alex did a very good job replacing a few sink p-traps (simple job), but he also rectified some work previously done by someone else. In his own words, the thing is working but was not done the right way.
