First off, everyone is super friendly and helpful! The rooms are so clean, beds comfy! You are right in downtown there is EVERYTHING to do in walking distance. The little breakfast courtyard is so adorable. You can sit inside or outside by a fountain with soft music, have coffee while you wait for your homemade 3 course breakfast! Don't forget to let them know if you have special food needs. This place is really the best! We hope to come back soon!

The staff is so friendly, you get a 3 coarse breakfast from amazing chef and the breakfast is all different each day! The rooms are adorable and the room with the hot tub 10/10! Perfect location didn’t need to drive anywhere just walked. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to have memorial time!

Brought my girlfriend here for valentine's day because we wanted to stay in the heart of historic St Augustine. Wasn't sure what to expect, but right from the start it was a wonderful experience. You will be charmed from the moment you arrive until the time you leave. We were greeted at the street by staff who presented us with our key, parking pass, and envelope with instructions for our stay. The owner left a personal letter apologizing he was not there to greet us, but we were able to meet him the next morning at the gorgeous 3-course breakfast he hosted himself. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable bed, extra pillows, jacuzzi tub, and 50" 4k TV. The location is perfect, just a short walking distance to all of the shops, bars, and restaurants in the historic area. My girlfriend thought it was a magical experience and we would love to come back.

Great place. They even let me drink 23 margaritas. You should have seen the look on the staffs face.

This place exceeded my expectations! It is located right near all the action. It was beautifully decorated outside for Christmas! The owners are all about you having a great stay. Special thanks to Dirk for a great Breakfast and making our stay special!

My wife and I had a lovely stay at 44 Spanish Street Inn. The owners and staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I will definitely stay there again sometime.

This is my second time staying at 44 Spanish St Inn. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I just love the rooms, they are clean and comfy. They also have big whirlpool hot tubs, Tv’s with Netflix — all a perfect treat after waking around the city all day. In the morning the Inn Keeper made us a delicious French toast breakfast with cream cheese filling and a berry compote. It does take about an hour or so, so just make sure you’re not in a hurry the next morning. Love staying here and will be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at 44 Spanish Street Inn. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the inn decorated beautifully for Christmas.

Here’s why this bnb gets two stars from us. When we checked in my husband came back to the car and his first words were ‘Wow, he was rude to me! ’ The second reason is this was our very first visit to a bnb. We usually stay in hotels, this was also the FIRST time we left our 8 month old baby overnight, so we were looking forward to this. When we got back from dinner there was a note under our door that said due to staffing issues our breakfast was CANCELLED. I understand things come up and there are some personal issues the owners are dealing with, but they offered us only a $30 credit if we brought our receipt back from a restaurant. $30 for an over $200 room. It’s not just the cost of food, but the convenience and experience of staying at a bnb. But they credited us just amount of food cost. I’m very disappointed.

The best inn in town, and seeing as I own one too, you can be certain that I mean it. These guys are quite literally the best people I have ever met. 44 Spanish Street is a must stay, don’t miss, book early situation. ️

My wife and I stayed here Christmas Day. The decorations were some of the best in the city. The inn is located right in the heart of downtown and does provide parking access. You are a 10 minute walk from everything. Breakfast was fantastic. Dirk was especially nice.

Beautiful bed and breakfast. Right in the middle of town and two blocks from St. George St. Also the breakfast was amazing. Service was top notch. Definitely would go back.

Mary (the chef/front desk/breath of fresh air) and the entire staff were amazing. From the second we walked in they were extremely welcoming and friendly. It was my boyfriend's first experience at a bed and breakfast and he really enjoyed it. It was refreshing to stay at a place that makes you feel like you are in a home environment and not in a sterile hotel. The breakfast was phenomenal and you could see they enjoy what they do, they enjoy each other and put that same love in the service and food. Thank you.thank you.

We stayed here back in January 2021 for our anniversary. Honestly one of the best places to stay with and they are the best hosts. We stayed in the Palm South room which has a jacuzzi. Room was small but has everything that you need. They also made a breakfast for everyone. (Different times) Awesome location with convenient parking down the street.

I love this bed and breakfast. My husband and I went for a weekend get away and loved it. It was our first time going to a bed and breakfast and we are definitely doing it again. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. The building outside needs a little paint but I promise the inside is beautiful. Everyone was super nice we love love love it. And is literally in downtown Saint agustine. Me and my husband park the first day and did not used it until we left. You could walk everywhere. I do recommend to reserve restaurants to eat around the area before you go because everywhere is super pack and also reserve active in advance. It is much easier and you get to enjoy your full stay in saint agustine better. Goggle is your best friend for this area.

HIGHLY recommend! Brian and staff are absolutely phenomenal! Perfect location, right in the middle of the St. Augustine historical district. The breakfasts are out of this world!
