I love 5 Paws and would recommend Maria our groomer. She groomed our yorkie for 4 years until she passed. She now grooms our poodle. Great place to take your furry baby.

This seems to be the common practice for pet groomers in the area. They post they are open until 4pm but they were closed and did not answer my phone call, they did not have a voicemail set up to leave a message. Yet again poor customer service and very unprofessional.

Definitely the best. I take my 5 babies Shikira, Bimbo, Sofia, Yoshi and Daisy to do the grooming with them and I always leave satisfied. Excellent service 5/5!

I highly recommend this place. I have a little chihuahua that doesn’t get along with a lot of people and they were super patient with him, and posted photos of him every day. The place is also super clean. The staff members were very nice and took a great care of my dog. They also speak English and Spanish. You guys are amazing thank you!

The worst service possible. They go out of their way to disappoint the customer. I start with my experience. This is not the first time I have taken my puppy to this place, unfortunately I did not know that this was really the kind of service they offer. I called at 9: 00 am today 07/17 to see if I had an opportunity for my dog, the man who answered my call confirmed that I did. At 9: 25am I left my puppy for full service. According to the gentleman who helped me, it would be ready around 11: 30am. At 11: 40am I called to confirm how much time she had left and the lady who answered my call began to excuse herself, shouting that she was there working alone, that she was going to start another dog and then it was my turn. Completely frustrated, I went to look for my dog ​​and the man at the reception gave her to me immediately when I walked through the door.she was completely dirty with excrement and you can tell that the other dogs in the back of the business that are supposed to be in a hotel were in small cages exhausted from barking so much.
Inhuman beyond all.a dog is a human being or at least that's how it should be treated. Especially if they are being paid for a service that they are obviously not providing. They are the worst of the worst, I regret and am saddened by the desperation that these other dogs are going through and their families do not know it.

Best border's I've ever used! I was in a pinch for help and out of town with my 12 yr old blind & diabetic dog. They were heaven sent! Very reasonable pricing, clean, and my dog was very comfortable with them! I absolutely recommend 5 Paws if in need of doggie care! They love what they do!
