50 Floor

50 Floors Tampa-I recently had all the carpet in my home replaced by 50 floors and the team from Aday Floors - Yaciel, Juan and Aldo. They did an excellent job and finished ahead of time. I was very impressed on how quickly and efficiently they worked. I would not hesitate to hire them for future jobs.

We met our sales rep Brain McCusker at the Tampa home show. He came to our home and showed us so many choices of flooring for our guest bedroom to match the current flooring of our new home. He said they would call when they see where the flooring was. They called the next day and the day after we had it installed. It only took two hours to install plus the guys moved our furniture. They were polite, fast and did a great job. We could not be happier. We used their finance of no interest if paid in 12 months. It took minutes to qualify us. All in all it we are very happy.

The end product turned out PERFECT. There were a few bumps along the way. The language barrier is a big problem and there doesn't seem to be good communication between the sales person, office, and installers. All of the above said different things about how the install will go, but after it was all said and done, I have the most beautiful floors!

Had my master bedroom carpet replaced with vinyl wood and installers were in and out in a matter of about 4 hours. We ran into a complication given my building project, so they readjusted without complaints. Once they completed the replacement, they cleaned up and took the old carpet away. Very happy with how it looks.

Joe came to our home to provide samples and information. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the flooring world. He explained all steps in the process and the products. He is also very pleasant and comfortable/easy to work with. Great experience

Got new carpeting and they made it a hassle free smooth process from sales with Lee to a great install experience with Leo Gomez. Highly recommend.

The team that installed my floor, Jonathan T. And Rafael C, were SO very professional, knowledgeable and fast. Between them, they put any fears I had to rest. And when all was done, everything was back in place! Even the TV was set up correctly. Unbelievable team.

I was very skeptical to go with an Internet special or big box store to have my flooring done. But I decided to invite 50 Floor, Tampa division to come and give me a quote. Joe Correa is a great “no BS“ salesman and understood exactly what I was looking for. And promised me I would not be disappointed.
The product arrived two weeks ahead of schedule, and was scheduled for install within a couple of days. Mr. Sanchez and his partner are fantastic installers. Not only in their work ethic, but in their craftsmanship. I had some very difficult angles in a short hallway, but their workmanship was beyond my expectations. Every miter cut on my new 6 inch baseboards is absolutely perfect. I’m not even putting my area rugs back down because the floor is so beautiful.

Ray Rodriguez is a great salesmen. He's honest, patient, and professional. He should be commended for representing 50 floors in such a positive way. I recommend Ray and 50 floors.

I was very happy with Lee my salesperson. I am very happy with the flooring itself. However, the installation and the clean up was very poor. They put a cracked transitional piece in a very heavy traffic area. The glue for the transitional pieced were oozing out where you can see it. They broke the grout out of my tile floor in my bathroom while they were putting the transitional strip at the bathroom door threshold. They were supposed to move the furniture back where it belonged-this didn't happen. My husband and I had to clean up a lot of tape and glue they were supposed to take care of. Moreover, they placed pieces of wood that didn't match the rest of the flooring-I was fortunate to catch this in time. Make sure you do a final walk through before they put the cleaner on the floor. The reason why I didn't catch all this because I came back home after they put the cleaner on the floor and they said I couldn't walk on the floor for 30 minutes. They didn't do what they were supposed to do because were in a hurry to beat the rush hour traffic on a Friday afternoon and left about 3: 00 pm. Now I have to have them come back and make another mess to fix the problems when the job should have been done right the first time. For $10,000 the installation process was very, very poor and it is for this reason I give them only 2 stars.

The installer was polite and courteous the whole time he was here. He did a good job and cleaned up when he was all done.

Their price was almost the same as another company we had been dealing with, but the real deal maker was the discounts offered for the same product. 50 Floor offered us a large discount (60%) just so they could make sure they could keep their crews working. The other company was at $40K, and that was very close to the $35K that 50 Floor came up with. At the end of the game, we ended up paying them $19.5K for the same or better product. Burt was our salesman and had all the answers we needed. Their work crew were friendly and always on time. They were always on time and clean. Job was done in less than a week for a 2,000 sq ft home. Nice!

From the initial estimate to the final install 50 Floor was prompt, courteous and did everything per the contract in a professional manner. Highly recommend.

To be honest I don’t even wanna give one star. I have had the worst experience and have had them come out 3 times to redo the floors and it’s worse now than it was. A few times someone was suppose to show up and and never did. This has been going on since June 2022 and still nothing has been resolved. I have been more than nice about it and still can’t get them to work with me unfortunately. The floors are so bad I had to put a rug over it

Came in with a plan and stuck with it on a daily basis. Went beyond to leave my home as clean as they found it at the end of each day. Always arrived on time and used the full day to finish the project on time.

My dad purchased whole house 3 bedroom carpet, one of the highest rated that they sold in 2022. The sales, scheduling and install (install by Leo) was flawless. 3 months later my dad went into hospice at home and through that week, a room was left with many stains that did not come out with professional cleaning. It took a bit of work, from both myself and the company but within a couple of months the warranty was honored and the Tampa office worked hard to get the problem resolved properly. Happily, the installer was still Leo and we had a great day remembering my dad and his mom that passed with months of each other. He was so kind to talk about remembering my dad while seeing all the photos in the house. Leo is a kind and generous person and perfect in his work.
Just the kind of person anyone would be glad to employ or call friend.
