Awful service. The doctor spent less than 10 minutes with me and only prescibed pain medication. I asked the doctor if they were going to do a record or ask about my medical history as he didn’t do any of that. The doctor was very rude and defensive. He asked what else did I want from him. I feel like I wasted my time and money because he didn’t do anything for me. AWFUL service! Don’t waste your time!

Fast, efficient care, the staff is awesome and the Dr actually listened when I said I have had shingles before and was having the same thing instead of running up my bill with a bunch of unnecessary testing & labs. Thank you for actually caring about your patients!

This walk-in clinic is wonderful! I've been sick for 3 days and I was looking for an affordable clinic to go to when I came across 59 walk in clinic. They're really fast and friendly and only charged me $59 visit and half the price for my shot Wich was $15. Thank you so much! I really appreciate your service.

I was feeling bad with a strong cold and I do not have medical insurance. I was searching for a place where I can see a doctor for an affordable price and decided to try this. My experience could not be better. Paid $59 for the visit, the doctor diagnosed me and prescribed me with antibiotics and a stronger cough syrup. I am already feeling so much better. I did not spend not even 45 minutes in all. Thank you, I will for sure recommend this place to family and friends and will come back as needed!

My son got the flu, the doctor too good care of him and was very nice. The office was very clean and receptionist was very friendly. Price was the best from any other walk-in clinic I ever been to $59 wonderful price especially if you don’t have health insurance.

Husband has been sick for a couple weeks and it became unbearable for him last night. We have no insurance, so I found this place online this morning. Apparently they just opened not too long ago. It was walk in only so we were unsure of how long the wait would be, but when we arrived, we did paperwork and were in the back within 25 minutes at MOST. That’s unheard of even when I’ve made appointments at other doctors offices! The doctor was absolutely FANTASTIC and was very thorough explaining everything and very kind. He diagnosed my husband with strep throat, and was able to give an antibiotic shot to jump start the healing process. Best part, the walk in visit was a flat rate of $59 and the shot was only $35! It was more than worth the 40 minute drive away and we will continue to go there and recommend it to anyone and everyone who asks.

Went in for high blood pressure. Did a physical and we came up with a plan to help me lower my blood pressure. It was fast, easy, and efficient. I have a follow up next week and I feel very confident in 59 walk in clinic. Thank you!

I went today to this place because I had a problem and I waited almost two hours before I saw the doctor because he was the only one back there. Both of the ladies at the front were nice, but the lady with the heavy accent made me very uncomfortable because she kept calling me by my first and last name. The man I saw was Manuel Enrique Lugo, who was so RUDE! He was very disrespectful and did not like the fact that I asked him questions. He has a thick accent, which was hard for me to understand, so I would ask questions to make sure that I understood what he said, but he kept telling me "you are not listening" and "I just said that. " I know he said something, but I had a hard time understanding him. He is the rudest and worst person I have ever met as a PA or MD. I have never encountered such a rude and arrogant doctor before in my life. I will never go back there again because I would hate to have this man as my attending physician.

I took my son to the clinic and Dr. MANUEL Lugo saw him. He diagnosed him with bronchitis and they gave him a shot. When we went back to the waiting room to pay. My son sat down and as I was paying he passed out and fell out of the chair. We all ran over to see about him and they secretaries were calling the dr. He came out and rubbed his chest and he came to. He sat him in a chair and put a bag over his head and had him breathe. He then began to say, ”that he just passed out from being scared. He told him you are a man, you shouldn’t be a coward. You have to be strong. ” Other patients were standing around and he said to a little girl, ” Would you like to marry a coward like him? ” My son stood up and went outside to the car mortified! Needless to say I was furious. My son had just passed out and when he came to he didn’t even know what happened then he is told he is a coward. I left and called them and asked to speak to the dr. At first the secretary said the dr did not receive calls from patients. I said, ” my son just passed out and now the Dr.will not speak to me. ” I called back and the Dr got on the phone. I told him, ” I did not appreciate him calling my son a coward. That he was not a coward he just got dizzy from the shot. ” He said, ”he was only joking when he called him a coward and was trying to build his self esteem. ” And I said, ”you don’t do that by humiliating someone. “I was outraged by the things the dr said and the humiliation he put my son through. When I called to complain. He never offered an apology or admitted he was wrong. I hung up and will never go back there again!

I had read the bad comments about the person working in the reception, but I thought that is not important because the important thing is the doctor. It was a mistake, after waiting two hours I decided to leave without see the doctor. The lady at the desk is extremely rude. I do not understand why she works with clients!

Was on holiday in Orlando when my young daughter developed really bad earache. Went to one of the Centra Care clinics and they wanted to charge hundreds of dollars just to see a Doctor, I accepted that I would just have to pay the excess on my travel insurance (which was quite high itself) and do it that way. They then wouldn’t accept my insurance as the company was UK based and didn’t have a US billing address. I then found this place online and would highly recommend it. Cost me $59 for her to be checked over by a Doctor who prescribed antibiotics and ear drops, the medication was free. Didn’t take long and all the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Exactly what I needed.

After reading the comments i decided to give this place a try. $59 walk-in to see my infected ear. $100 for medication. I strobgly recommend other locations.

Let's be honest, there's very few urgent care centers that charge $59 for a visit so the price is right. I was traveling so this location was perfect and convenient. There were about 6 patients ahead of me so I waited almost 2 hours. One attending doctor on Saturdays, just be prepared to wait if you don't arrive during the week. Doctor is very nice! A huge plus. They do have regular patients come in so its steering away from just an urgent care office. I recommend this office.

It's a great place to go to, especially if you don't have health insurance because it won't break your bank unlike other places or the mile long bill from the hospital. I've gotten great care and now that I have insurance I am trying my best to stay with USA MedCare as my primary care. Not a lot of wait time at least the times i've been there, clean, great staff and pretty cool but knowledgeable doctor's that listen to me as a patient very well and treat me or make recommendations accordingly.

Simply the best. Very thorough physicians, and a wonderful support staff to facilitate your time in the Clinic.

Extremely well priced, fast service, & Dr. Gonzalez was fantastic. I never leave reviews but they deserve it. Best medical service I ever received.
