This place is a rip off! They are horrible for several reasons. They charge almost $9 for developing ONLY! I SCAN MYSELF! I won’t get into the other reasons but just know I got so fed up with they’re constant mistakes and outrageous price that I learned how to develop at home. After learning from YOUTUBE I am never going back! It’s great and easy! Please do yourself a favor and learn how to develop! We live in a digital age with so much information and equipment at our finger tips. DON’T BE LAZY! AND DON’T LET THIS LAB RIP YOU OFF!

I have had around 10 rolls of film developed and scanned here within the past few months, but I don't believe I will be going back anymore. My first problem with this store occurred a few weeks back, when they gave me two other customer's photo scans instead of my own. I understand that mistakes happen, so I continued to use this store even without so much as a refund or credit for the trouble. However, today I was charged the full amount for photos that didn't turn out. Maybe I could have gotten a refund if I had asked, but I honestly don't have the energy to request something like that when I shouldn't have been charged in the first place. They don't make much of an attempt here to help or correct problems for their customers.

Worst experience, rude unhelpful service, horrible job with a " whatever came out that's what it is explanation. I definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.

These guys were so kind and helpful even as they were busy fulfilling multiple client orders. I had such a positive experience and have definitely found my place to develop film!

I needed 3 mini dvd tapes put on a disk. It was just before Christmas and they were ready for pick-up the day after. The down side is that i would have liked them on one disk but they would only put each tape on its own disk at a cost of $25 per disk.

I dropped off some film to be developed and added to a flash drive. First of all, they weren't ready in 60 minutes. I'm guessing this is a Subway 10-inch "foot long" situation. Additionally, they didn't call me when they were ready as they said they would.

On to the quality of scanning: it was frankly very poor. Now, I provided some old film with weird exposures so I kinda get it, but the digital copies I got back look terrible. Not just that, but they are in terrible quality. It was 1565x1037!

Luckily they provided negatives so I borrowed a scanner from a friend and was able to get some nice scans, so I can tell it was the scanning service they provided that was the issue, not my film. At least they developed the film well and provided negatives, which I appreciate. 3 stars just for that because it's such a rare service.

I recently had some old 35mm photos restored and digitized. The service was spectacular. I will definitely return again.

I was there today. They always help me with my old equipment and cameras. They told me everything I needed to do and what to buy. There are not any other camera stores that I know of in West Palm Beach. I rely on them and they referred me to a camera store on Northlake a few years ago to buy a flash that I needed. I was so glad they did and I was able to get exactly the flash I wanted. The following week that camera store closed.

I’m literally in shock right now by how rude these people have been to me, as I am trying to get several of my paintings photographed, put on digital files and printed. I was very clear that they needed to be the right size for web and when I got back was files that were two large prints that were blurry and had reflections on them and I’ve encountered nothing but rudeness and an appalling customer service. A lot of the other reviews on here saying the same things ARE THE TRUTH, and I want my money back, but based on what I’m reading I doubt they’re going to give me a refund. This place should be closed.
The owner just literally hung up the phone on me for no reason, there wasn’t even an argument happening, I was simply asking a question and he said I have to go and hung the phone up in my face after I’ve already spent $600 there. WOW, abhorrent to say the least.

60 Minute Photo exceeding my expectations - quality is superior and in only an hour. One time I had my prints while I waited! Pleas make sure and ask about the extra large prints!

I took some old fashion 35 mm cellulose film in and had it developed. Not to many people do this anymore so I was happy with them and the quality was good. I recommend if you need this kind of service.

Good work on printing hit or miss on if they can print my 120mm film in a timely manner or not but they do great.

I have genuinely never experienced worse customer service nor met more pretentious people than I did when I came here last. I have been a long time customer here for years with no problems until one day they printed my photos (for $60 mind you) horribly. When I requested a reprint at the very least, I was met with extremely rude attitudes and little care about how my photos were tinted awfully and just extremely off. I am not an idiot, and have done my own fair share of film development and printing, yet I was spoken to like one. Reprints awful again and so I requested a refund and the people there refused and began telling me I was wrong and didn't know enough about photography and printers to know what I am talking about. One man actually told me I was wrong and that there was no tint on the photos while two other people in store told them there was indeed a tint. It was so ridiculous and rude and a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. I lost all trust in them that day and haven't been back. I also told everybody at my local high school that goes for their services a lot what happened and have been doing literally everything possible to get them no more business. My teachers (all distinguished artists) actually agreed with them and claimed they have hard horrible experiences at 60 minute as well, and that they don't use them anymore. Dale lab in Ft. Lauderdale is 1000x times better for just a few extra dollars. I absolutely would love to see your doors be closed for good I can't believe how little you care about your customers and how much you love scamming people over every little thing. I would rather pay $35 to send my film somewhere else than be within 500 feet of your store again. No.than be within 50000 feet of you ever again.

I always try and support local businesses, and these guys make it easy. I'm a photographer, and I print large quantities of photographs in many different formats. 60 minutes always has my products completed quickly, and with high quality.

Very dissatisfied and we will not be returning for service. Staff memeber very inattentive to us and did not follow instructions of scanning one wallet sze picture on to my usb drive, title it and place it into a folder on in the usb. Before that simple task was completed, the staff memeber proceeded to help other customers, ignored us and did not follow instructions. We asked him prior to start of the service, how much would it cost to scan the one photo and he said $5.00 to scan. We agreed due to our time constraint and because it was for a very important event and it’s a photo shop we figured the scan picture would come out with the best quality possible. When we were ready to pay the staff memeber informed us that it will cost $5.00 to scan and 4.99 to place on my usb. I was shocked that it cost so much for one simple task that was not completed as requested. My mother has gone there several time in the past for service and had never experienced the inconsistency, inattentiveness and lack of customer service. Unfortunately, our family will not be returning for business.

Horrible service. The guy who answered the phone told me rudely that he does not know how to submit photos via their website. He said "I don't know just go to the website and follow the directions" and then promptly hung up.
