Store needs more employees being short staffed bring stress n can create a hostile environment among customers and 7 eleven employee
please note 7 eleven employees are overwhelmed and under paid hire more people
Compliments to JOSH who greets customer with a smile in his voice and w a calming affect
He truly accommodates customers.
Jimmy needs stay away from the cashiers area when off the clock
He has poor customer services when approach to assist especially disable veterans or carry something to the front counter
He looks at you like you speaking another language and then he say
I am off the clock that’s poor poor-customer services you don’t ever say that to a customer
Please cross train him again

Just been getting worse and worse over the years. Supposedly was bought out by a new company. Pumps are always down.

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and I’ve seen some very rude workers here. Now I come every other day and Stormy knows exactly what I’m there for with a big bright smile.keep up the hood work

I was in this morning a new employee was there I have been coming to this 711 for the last 7 years with nothing but good experience but this morning there was a new employee possibly a new manager speaking with someone about displays for about ten minutes I asked if she could check me out and finishing discussing whatever she was with the vendor when I left because I needed to be somewhere she said I’m a nasty attitude I will be with you in a minute after watching me wait for ten I will never go back after that

Their card system sucks, and when you bring cash, and they don't have change to give you. Then they want to owe us the customer instead rounding it to their loss bec they are not ready to do business. A manager is never available.

! BEWARE! SKIMMERS AT GAS PUMP! After using the gas pump at this location, I was fraudently charged with 2 charges on my debit card. DO NOT USE THIS GAS STATION!

UPDATE: I have reported this location to the HCSO and filed a complaint with corporate. The local store replied back to my review asking me to click on bit.ly link to leave another review and must really think I’m stupid enough to click it as I’m sure it’s another scam of theirs. After further research on this location, they not only scam people at the pump using skimmers, but inside the store by pocketing people’s change. They are known for credit card skimmers at the pumps and were busted by the HCSO a year ago. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

“We are not born to please people. ” However, I do have to say young or old. There are some people who are placed at the right moment of help, and not judge.
On Friday, December 3rd, 2021, at approximately 10: 45 pm. As I stepped out of the bus, after working so hard and exhausted. My wrinkled eyes widening. Due to the fact that I saw 7-11. A perfect opportunity to ask for help. I needed to charge my phone to text my daughters as well call an Uber.
In addition, here comes the light of the tunnel. Who is going to have compassion for me?
Not only do I walk like a turtle, my hair is as white as snow, and tempted to buy an ice cream. As I approached to asked this young handsome man. Do you have a wall outlet to charge my iPhone? He asked what type of phone? I said 6S. I handed it over to “Randy”, and he started to charge my phone. Even helped me to get an Uber to get home safe. Not only I taught about the ice cream, I bought a charger instead.
Although, his name it’s my families names. This made me think, it doesn’t matter who we are and where we come from. But also because no one is forced to do anything. It’s who you are, your faith and what you are meant to be in this temporary world. Not what society labels us to BE.

I don’t write reviews but this is Literally the worst 711 ever. The staff have no sense of urgency. Had a group of 5 people waiting for at least 5 minutes to get checked out. The night staff? Even worse. Employees outside smoking told me they’d be right in and still stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting. Just terrible.

Why is the cashier stealing money from customers change? Bought a $30 scratch off ticket give the supposed sweet girl a $100 bill she gave me back $50 and when I told her she’s gonna have to count her draw so it shows she over $20 she admitted she took it and then opened her register and give me $20 back smdh they all thief’s and I bet she dose it on the regular but this time she got caught

I have been to this store once the employee behind the counter was friendly. However the employees at the store could do a little more in regards to cleanliness.

Store is clean and the staff is friendly. You can definitely tell that it is a good work environment and since new management, you can tell that the store is improving and moving into a positive direction

Went in for two fountain drinks. Drink machines were half broken and the other half not labeled correctly. Tried to pay and the card reader as well as the NFC pay options didn't work. After trying to pay for 5 minutes and the clerk legit grabbing the debit card out of my hand and try to swipe it himself, we left with nothing. Pick a better managed convince store.

DO NOT WORK ONE MINUTE FOR THIS STORE WITHOUT GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE PAID. MANAGER called my daughter in and had her work and then refused to pay her. Than agreed to pay her, and now 8 days after promising to pay, he is only paying 5 of 12 hours worked and for power trip only paying 9.50 ph. Hope the 72.50 they illegally
kept makes them feel powerful, because they are immoral and corrupt and should be ashamed. We are in America, where this shouldnt happen.

Since I moved near I started to come here often. But I realize that my bank account was sending me a lot of fraud alerts. These people do not check for skimmers. If you buy gas or anything inside use money, they really need to start checking there gas pumps other than that there customers service is not bad.
