7-Eleven, Cape Coral FL

It was a pretty good experience. Prices were pretty high but that's do to the economy after a pandemic i should think. Employees were efficient and courteous. The way the public parking is set up is a little weird and inconvenient but not enough not to want to go on the way home from work.

Since corporate took it back over and has been a very nice place to get anything you need in the neighborhood friendly staff clean store

I'm a regular guest there at the Coronado and usually get wonderful service except by the night time broad name Susy or wait Sally I think is very rude and unprofessional her customer skills are very poor she should be working at lee county jail as a C. O.or as an actual inmate were here poor and disgusting personality would actually make sense I don't know who hired her but they obviously need rehab more then she does she is very disrespectful and I will pray for you you will need it as long as she's still there I've been a loyal customer for years but due to her poor behavior of not only me but others I'm throwing in the towel

Sally, the cashier was very helpful. Willing to make food for me late at night when the other 7-11 wouldn't.

Went to 7/11 to utilize the ATM and there was sign on the window that said “bathroom break be back in 5mins” waiting nearly half hour with multiple people coming and going. Store was abandoned and locked. - Note I did see 2 people outside of the side of the building in a red car smoking. One of them appear to have the 7/11 uniform but it was hard to tell since it was night and We were leaving. The date is 11/14/21 between 9pm and 9: 30pm. I hope this convenient store become convenient again. Other wise I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

When getting a few items during the night she asked us if we were done looking because she had a truck that she needs to unpack very poor customer service here.

Unbelievable! I was in this store at a peak time, 5: 30 on a Friday afternoon. The cashier was carrying on a conversation with a gentleman about the lottery tickets which she clearly new nothing about. After about his fifth or sixth question while people were waiting, I said Come on, can’t he step aside and talk? ” Well Miss Ashley used profanity at me and said she would ban me from the store. I said don’t worry I won’t be back. Not sure if that is her real name because when I called to get her name she hung up on me. Guess I will have to stop in and see the owner.

Female manager in the morning is very rude. I’ve gone a few times due to its clean but my goodness is she mean. No more.

Wow. I mean WOW! Who owns/manages this store? I was just in there and couldn't believe it was real life. I'm at the cash register trying to pay and order some hot food. It was difficult to order the food because the cashier was having a loud conversation on her cell phone which was clearly more important than what I needed as I had to talk louder and over her to even get her to pay attention. She then tried to close me out as paying cash when I wanted to use my card. I then noticed her paper "tip bag" she had next to the registers. I wonder how many voids they have when that bag is full. If that wasn't enough there was another employee walking around the store holding a blunt saying they were going to go smoke it on their break. Ridiculous store.

I love 7-Eleven. The first time I went there I didn't understand english, poor cashier.

Can not use the bathroom at night. Unlike other seven eleven location ok coffee. It ends from there and goes down hill. The coffee was ok food blah

If I could give a negative I would. They hiire anyone the lowest of the low a girl named Tori very sad girl and rude if I were wrong I would admit at the very least. The store prices differently (lower) than what it register.of you don't know what you should be paying for the items I'm sure they get away with a lot being that bit everyone is careful because we trust they are legit. To top that off of you bring it up to the clerk (Tori) THEY get upset rather than an apology SHE caught an attitude. I go there for conivinece, you are better off taking a longer trip than to have to deal with people that should he thankful they even got a job.dont shop at this store.
