They never answer the phone. No matter what time or day you call it’s always. It’s an inconvenience and will keep customers from ordering online and etc.

Worst 7-11 ever. The cashier Was too busy talking on her phone and made Mistake after mistake after mistake.

I stopped for gas just now 4/14/22 the manger sandy is so rude. They are out of gas every pump I went in and asked about it. She said the sign is on the door. I replied I’m paying with my card she said what you want me to put it on all 18 pumps? And I said yes of course. Never again going there. O and I’m calling corporate. Wish me luck because she will need it.

Worlds worst 7-11.computers are always down so can pay on card only cash, then atm is down too so cant even get money out, then they are also a minimum of $1 or more higher is price for anything you want except gas (which they are still higher on also). Never seen a place ran so poorly.if I could rank below 1 star I would.

I am getting SO SICK of you guys giving me the wrong thing when I ask for something. Just open your ears and LISTEN to what people are asking for instead of grabbing some random thing and handing it over. Jesus guys. It's pretty freaking simple.

If I could give it a half a star I would just because of the one and sometimes two ladies that work there. My friend walks in and he is mute, tells the lady with his hand 10 on 10 and she barks at him I don’t speak that sign language stuff get out of my face. Someone needs some sensitivity training.he came back to inform me her wig was horrible it’s funny all the other people there seem great!

Did love this station for years but as a night shift nurse I needed last minute detergent and I thought of Uber first time before needing to sleep. Tried TWICE and never got it.after first failed time the guy at 7-11 said that’s weird we have it in stock. I ordered that item again solo. Then told not in stock by next person over phone. So annoyed, that’s the only thing I needed…

I bought a bowl of small fresh fruit and when I took a bite and realized it was stale by 2 days. The taste was indescribable. For the sake of public health I pulled 5 fresh fruit bowls from the fridge with dates ranging from 7/25/21-7/28/21 and gave it to the store clerk before someone get sick.

Nobody bothers wearing face masks coming in and out of this place. Employees dont even cover their faces properly. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Unreal.

I paid for air and the button didn't work so I went inside and they gave me a refund.

This place is terrible! They don't do the 711 deals and they are so difficult to do business with. They are racist, over priced and rude to their customers!

Typical gas station. I am a fan of the fact their drink machine has Horchata and it's delicious. Everything else is ok not great.
