7-Eleven, Fort Lauderdale FL

The guy with the braids falls asleep with the door unlocked and then once he hears you he'll say "sorry for the inconvenience" and show you out the door or the door is locked and if you try to open it he'll pop up and wave his finger "no". Used to be a cool 24 hour 7-11. Rip.

Ever since the younger black guy with the white mustang started working there the store is always “closed” even when he falls asleep at the counter with the door unlocked.this used to be the best late night gas station but idk what happened? It says 24 hours but he won’t let you buy anything past midnight.

Very dirty and the hot dog and rollers grill looks like haven't been cleaned in years. Horrible

Horrible place, so dirty, everything is so bad here, 2 days ago I need cigarettes and energy drink the cashier (black tall woman short black hair w blonde pach) she said she was not a smoker, she can't find my cigarettes and she told me to lift my drink to scan them, (was a cool day, she didn't want to touch the can) she was so lazy and improfesional, is really sad, no body cares in this place, starting with the rude owner, I never going back to this rat hole, I going to Wawa for good (very clean and friendly staff always)

Sunday at 10 AM: My wife comes in to return spoiled milk. I will tell you that this lad and his little white friend need to be fired or removed. Vocally assaulting my WIFE unprovoked and thinking its funny? It isn’t. You don’t do that to someone thinking its a joke? Go ahead and have a check on the tapes of that lovely interaction and how your employee did nothing to stop his little friend. With how she acted? You are lucky we didn’t call the cops for that tirade over a RETURN that had nothing to do with them on a calm Sunday for utterly no reason. Unprofessional and disgusting behavior.

I was in a crisis. It was 1: 49 am on the morning of November 4th 2022. With money in my pocket all I needed was to buy a bottle of water. On my phone maps told me that 7-Eleven on this location was open and I've made the effort to walk with my last energy over there to get a bottle of water. Upon arrival of 7-Eleven I entered the store.which was unlocked. I was met with an 7-Eleven employee with braids that drove a white Ford mustang. He told me the store is closed and he could not sell me a bottle of water even though I was extremely thirsty and exhausted and at my breaking point. He said something along the lines that he does not get paid enough for this. Which breaks my heart because I don't even have a car and needed the smallest amount of help possible and yet he could not sell me a bottle of water.

Another night this same guy closing the store at 12: 30. Sending customers away one after another

I asked for a discount on Ice because we was heading to Ft Myers to help with the Hurricane victims. He charged us 3.50 for small bag. On line it say 2.50.scam

Worst 7/11 I've Ever, ask for help and the only reply u get is I DONT KNOW, I DONT KNOW, I DONT KNOW.

The guy who's working right now says I can't pay cash for gas can you tell me why?

Of all the 7-Eleven I've been to between clean and dirty restrooms, this one is Rank 1 of the worst restrooms I've ever seen. I had to hold my breath to be able to use it. There was flies everywhere, wet toilet paper on the floor. Won't be coming here anymore with the exception of getting gas.

This place is ridiculous! Every time I come to get gas the person working is too incompetent to do the transaction for gas and says they don't know how to. You can't train your employees? The managers are that incompetent also? Shouldn't hire or employ people who can't do their job.might as well shut down and let another company take over who can actually employ people who can do their job.
