Convenience Store 7-Eleven reviews
17 My wife's and my experience at this location have always been great, regardless of the negative reviews I've read.
Thing is, I understand that there are people in this world who have "itches no one can scratch" and the customer service industry is full of those people. This 7-Eleven location is no different. The personnel running this store have always been very pleasant to us and we'll continue to patronize it.
Went in to get coffee there was not any coffee made but decaf everything was dirty they had no milk except the little containers of the tiny half and half that were expired then we use chocolate syrup somebody left the syrup open and it spilled over all over me and my husband's clothes now we got to go back home to change because we can't go to work like this horrible horrible horrible service.
This is the WORST 7-11 I have EVER been to. The employees are lazy, unprofeasional, untrained. They are too busy chatting in creole amongst themselves and allow good paying customers to be ignored and made them wait while they finished their conversation: took about 4 mins. Doesn't seem too long unless you actually run to a convenient store: that's not all that convenient. You get what you pay for, cheap labor.
I was here for free slurped day and it was super busy. The girls at the counter were super sweet and tried to get everyone through speedily. The pizza was hot and I loved it. My slurped was great to as I had never had one before, it was an experience. The tacos were mid, no offense.
I vowed a long time ago to never visit this location due to the rudeness and incompetency of employees and general dismal nature of the store. This morning I broke down and stopped out of desperation for coffee. I should of been suspicious of the empty parking lot of this once busy store. 8: 15AM on a Thursday.almost no coffee except for some bitter light roast. How does a 7-11 have 80% of their coffee left empty at 8: 15 in the morning on a work day? It's no surprise why all of your customers are going to WAWA (clean store, competent friendly employees, far better coffee, and waaaaay better food). Stick a fork in 7-11, they are finished.
I had been staying away from this 7 eleven all the time but today, I took a chance and visited again but left with a big regret after 5 min.
The manager (Evelyn) was there and I wanted to get cheese pizza. There was not any on the counter and she was sitting behind the counter playing with her phone. I asked here if they have cheese pizza twice. She said yes we have. I got into the line and waited for my turn. When I came to the register and asked for pizza, she goes "oo, we don't have" and she went inside to cook one!
I got mad and asked for my money back. Instead of apologizing, she was giving me order to leave.
This place is nasty. Do not ever go in.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They act as if they're doing you a favor you shopping there.
Customer service could improve a lot, there was only one attendant for a long line and she was overwhelmed
Excellent customer service here. I believe his name was Joseph. Joseph had asked if I needed any assistance in picking up a hot food item, he then proceeded to thoroughly wash his hands, put on food safety gloves, and then used tongs to grab the food items I had requested. I applaud and appreciate the clean and friendly service!
I use to frequent this location, but I won’t spend a dollar here anymore. I bring my own cup to the location to purchase items and get ice for the water I purchase. When it comes to checkout time, the staff charges me. 50 for ice, but the policy is to charge when you use their cup. The more knowledgeable staff is aware, but it’s the newbies seem not to get it wrong.
My last two visits were quite hostile and down right rude. I was accosted and stared down by an employee for getting ice? In my personal cup. I contacted corporate, but little to nothing was done. My last andfinaltime going, the same thing occurred. But this time the actual manager (young Venezuela, female) was there, and she was VERY rude about the whole situation. As she approached the cash register, she hastily punched the buttons to remove the fee and had such an attitude about it.
Thankfully, they are building one on Banks Rd and Coconut Creek. I will no longer patronize this location. Just like you charge a fee on anything else, you should make a sign advising of such a fee, if you’re unable to obtain free ice in your own cup. To the manager that assisted me that day, you know who I am, and your behavior was disgusting and deplorable. Learn how to better service your public better, as your actions over. 50 were not warranted. Please do better.
Although, you won’t have to worry about any future interactions, as you have lost a valuable customer!

What’s the sense of this store being open 24/7 if you can’t purchase all items? I didn’t even come here for alcohol I can for propane and was told they don’t sell it at 11: 30 but any time after 7am? Is there a reason for this? Do they believe I will use it irresponsible? Help me out here. That should be a posted rule if it is indeed a rule at all I mean what the cut off time for getting propane?
I havent been getting my points like I used to. Why Is that? I put in my phone number or have an employee scan it
The owner me a phone card that did not work and proceeded to not give a refund. No customer service.
Compre una botella de vino y estaba malo casi me enfermo por eso y no me quisieron hacer el cambio. No recomiendo este sitio
la atención hacia los clientes es muy mala.
I bought a bottle of wine and bad wine they did not want to accept the return. The attention to its clients is not appropriate I do not recommend this site.
Best 7-Eleven in the area for sure, store is always clean. Gets very busy in the morning but employees make sure that coffee is always made and food is always fresh! Just found out there is new management running the store and they seem to be getting the hand of the store and beating their competitors in the area with cleanliness and customer service experience! Extremely recommend the Orange Chicken
Bad place to go cashier are so rude ask something they answer bad and i have bad experience there with my family.i don’t recommend this place never never.
Just stopped by this store to pickup a few snacks @ 8pm. It was busy but didn’t have any problems with the employees or customers. The employees were friendly and pleasant. The store was your typical convenience operation. Thanks for reading my review and a thumbs up would be nice. Good luck to you and yours.
