7-Eleven, Coral Gables FL

Terrible service I am a student of the school that is close to this 7/11 and every day I have to put up with the cashier with her bad manner and treating everyone badly terrible SERVICE!

This location is not good when it comes to customer service! Not everyone but certain employees just do not know how to act. I’m very disappointed because I come here quite often on my lunch breaks and the employees are just soo rude! This one customer, and older lady with short red hair said to her coworker “this girl is so complicated” in Spanish to her coworker when I asked for a refund on my sub that they didn’t wanna heat up in the oven for me even though I didn’t mind waiting she told me to just microwave it. This isn’t the first time she makes a slick remark like that and I’m always very calm and respectful so I don’t really appreciate the attitude when I’m a frequent paying customer. If they’re busy they could’ve simply told me to wait and I would’ve patiently waited like I’ve done before. I work at Starbucks and I understand it can get busy and frustrating at times I don’t see why she had to do all that she’s much older than me and I feel like that’s just such an immature way to act. Very disappointed with my experience there. It sucks that certain employees negative customer service is affecting the environment of the 7 eleven. I give them 3 stars because although their bad attitude affects the store’s atmosphere they have a good variety of hot foods and a nice assortment of food and snacks

Good place, large and with a lot of merchandise, just need a little more organization and ease for the self-service of the rest, very cool

I would never recommend anyone to come to this store needed to use the restroom here store associate stated some lady locked the key up in the bathroom on purpose so then I asked about the coffee while taking a look around does not look clean asked about the donuts store associate stated that one side was fresh and the other side has been there the day before I just wanted to get out of the store so I bought nothing very poor customer service

Billy is a great man and super nice with a great heart me and my friend had a conversation with him that it was amazing and once again we meet a great human being please if possible give these man a raise he deserves it thank you

Decent store. Upkeep is good and clean. Customer service rep is very friendly

This 711 has crap service. Every time I come here there is a problem, from the fact that there is no printer to issue an invoice to the fact that they sell you Lotto without activating the game and then if you win you cannot collect because they 711 did not activate it and they have no idea how. Another thing is that the system is always down. It is incredible that every time one comes there is a problem.
