The young black man that you have working early in the morning isn't friendly, don't speak you ask him a question doesn't answer back i think this is unprofessional when you're dealing with customers.

Nasty rude heifers that work there. Tried calling but apparently the have phones sent to vm. I've never experienced anything to this degree of nastiness.

Young man at the register this morning tried to slyly rob me of 5 packs of cigarettes. This is a common scam and he expected me not to bother coming back. When I did he gave me a death stare through the window. I'm a combat veteran with ptsd, I don't need the temptation that came to my mind in that moment. When he is no longer employed there I will return to being a regular customer.

The cashiers are always on their phone, not paying any attention to the customers, never great people and are disrespectful, rude and inconsiderate. I have been going up to that store for two years since I moved on that side and these are people that have been working for the past few months and make it just very uncomfortable to even go there. Even the somewhat manager is rude. I asked her a question and she cuts me off and said that she’s not on the register that I would have to speak to someone that’s on a register like I said all around rude and disrespectful

That gentleman who rung me up was so sweet and polite he definitely deserves a raise working those hours with a smile.

Ok so the store is clean. Great smell. Excellant food presentation my issue with this store is the cashier this morning. If someone is playing lottery and decides to leave the counter to purchase more items then they should be made to wait in line to finish their purchase. Said items need to be brought up at the time the tickets are played. To allow someone to walk around the store shop n the skip other customers once their tickets are done printing after we have been patiently waiting in line is rude and poor customer service. It doesn't matter if he already has tickets running. If he walks away from the counter to shop he should have waited in line like everyone else. Then when i make a complaint about it; for the cashier to say " o he comes in here everyday n gets his tickets" with a attitude in defense of his rude behavior (not to me but another customer) is unprofessional. It's like the cashier was upset I questioned the behavior. Then tells me you're out of a product I can clearly see just to be spiteful. I am a paying customer just like everyone else. I'm tired of certain customers getting special treatment because they are "regulars". Fix this 711

Closed early at 9: 54. I called the woman said they are not closed for the night but the door was locked.

The air pump ate my money but doesn’t work. Not trying the other one to possibly waste $4. Find a wawa instead.
