I changed my mind about my local 711. The employees have definitely improved, everyone included. Jaquely is a man of God and I absolutely love him. He is my friend, thank God for him because I come to this 711 often.

Gas pumps hardly ever print out receipts so you have to go inside. Lines too long once you get in there and cashier always seems to be having a bad day.

We stopped while traveling for fuel, I ran in a grab the 5 chicken wings for $5. Well I was charged 7.50 and asked the cashier why. She was very short and rude to me and told me I should of been paying attention and put my rewards # in. She stated she didn't have time to tell all customers to do that. I apologized and told her never mind. Took my 2.50 change told her to have a nice day. Well the chicken wings taste like Bleach and can not nor will not be eaten they are gross and I would like a refund of the
7.50. That is a picture of the rude lady and gross chicken wings. IM STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM 7 11, ASKED FOR MORE INFORMATION AND SENT IT.

June 20th update- I got to see my favorite employee, whom I'm about to upload a photo of, so there is no confusion. As you will see, her personality is stellar, and she has such a kind, genuine, and warm spirit I love when I come in, and she's working

June 2023- I'm reading all of the reviews and seeing that EVERY single customer has the same complaint. The manager, who happens to be a very nice man, apparently doesn't look at the reviews for his store. The EMPLOYEES, mainly just 1 of them, is wildly rude and unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed in management for not noticing and redirecting his employees about the way they interact with customers or simply hire new people before all of us regulars end up going to a new location! I will also note that the young man I will be uploading a picture of is a WONDERFUL worker. He is always professional, kind, and helpful. When I've had a rough day of teaching, he would thank me for what I do for our kids! Whatever review mentioned him in an unfavorable fashion is a LIAR! Like I said, I'm a regular and he's wonderful! I'm also updating with another photo of one of the ladies I have come to know over the past 4 years or so. It truly makes MY day when I come in and can make her smile. I know it's rough dealing with the wide variety of customers who frequent the store. Some are wildly rude to the staff for NO reason and this young lady was definitely being affected by these negative energies. She deserves to smile.especially when her smile is beautiful and when she's genuinely smiling, she can light up a room

UPDATED MAY 20th- PHOTO of the rude employee I refer to in this review. Major gripe about this place is this employee. She is very rude to customers and has denied me the amount of a particular item I wanted to purchase. On that occasion, I was in a rush, so I didn't look for the manager who I know and speak to every time I come in, and instead just left. A huge part of a business is the presentation, which includes the attitudes of those who are to be the face representing the company. When customers have unpleasant experiences due to an employee, that's a sure-fire way of losing business.
June 15th update. I spoke to the manager today when I came in. The 2 employees working the registers are women I absolutely adore and told him I do. However, I DID inform him of the number of reviews that are complaining about the same issue and to look into it. I told him it's the woman with the baseball cap featured in my review. I don't want her to be confused with the other female employee that resembles her.that employee is honestly my favorite. We talk about life every time she's working, and she makes me smile even when I'm having the worst day.my mother has been in the hospital for a couple days now and I'm not handling it very well as she's my only family left after losing my brother 3 years ago and my favorite employee told me she'll pray for us. SHE is one of the best! Next time, I'll take a picture of her so you can all see whom I'm talking about

You guys should remove the young black male from behind the corner. I'm really getting tired of his rudeness. I come in the store as a customer hes sitting down on a create in this phone. As I'm waiting for him he just look up at me and just shrugs his shoulder like "what do you want? " I was buying some products you must be 21 or older to buy when I asked him would he like to see my ID, he said "yeah" and I handed it to him he then looked at it and then just dropped it on the counter as if I didn't just hand him it. Also he always acts as if he doesn't care his job. Like dude you're a work do your work

That 7-Eleven is operating without hand soap this is a sanitary concern, and the staff member with the black hair is a savage!

After switching jobs a little over a year ago, I began stopping here 3-5 times a week for gas/energy drinks/juul pods. This station gets CRAZY busy but the staff handles it like its nothing! Im sure the manager here is on point because not many teams could handle this volume. I will say the difference between stopping between 7-9am and stopping on the way home from work/late night is DRASTICALLY different, likely due to the surrounding neighborhoods. Like maybe more than one employee should be on in the evenings, but overall GREAT job executing the extremely high volume. The Mgr even jumps out and helps when the line gets super long by checking out people on his Ipad. I cannot WAIT til they implement scan and go here, although IDK how it will work with Tobacco/Vape products. Anyways, thanks for all your hard work - the morning employees are all so sweet and helpful, and get put through a LOT of bullsh! T dealing with the general public.
