Why can't I leave 0 stars? Rude, obnoxious staff! Will never go there again. Bought gas and food and wouldn't even let me use the f^&^*ing restroom? It's out of order? I asked where they go to bathroom at. Oh we have our own bathroom. Sad and pathetic! Plus nightmare to get in and out of parking lot any direction you come from. Don't go there!

This store is often closed, despite the stated hours showing open 24/7. Most of the clerks are rude and you may get ignored while they chat with each other or costumers. There are a couple of outstanding employees but they seem to work very few hours. Great location, but management needs to step up and provide better customer service.

This is the worst 7-11 in this town. They randomly close whenever they feel like it. They open late and close early. Website says they're open 24 hours. That's a joke. They're always out of merchandise. Laziest employees I've ever seen. This place needs to be reported to they're corporate office.

It seems like every time I come here the freezer is unstocked and they are always closing down the store

This is s poorly run store. The store itself is closed during certain morning hours. The employees play loud rap music and are not in uniform. The employees are extremely loud and obnoxious l, it is like being in 3rd grade again. Very unprofessional dress, conduct, and customer interaction. The coolers are never stocked with product. I do not know if they can not order right or of they have the stock and just don't fill the shelves. This store is in dire need of a complete wipe of employees and start from scratch using better vetting this time.

Worst experience ever all 3 employees screaming being aggressive to customers. Yelled at me telling me I'm buying her sandwich after she handled without gloves wiping her face and lips then all 3 employees started telling me to leave they don't need buissness.
I explained they literally kept screaming at other people and myself.
Please review cameras and I'm Filing harassment case and reporting to every food handling agency out there.
Her cloths are dirty and she's filthy.

If they are there next time I am talking to a lawyer Noone has the right to yell I'm stupid in front of anyone and serve people food with filthy hands

Worst 7/11 in the country, I’ve been through 35 states and this 7/11 is definitely one of the worst I have ever seen. It should be stripped of the name 7/11 as this is a disgrace of the name it uses.

They don't want to serve you if you don't go through the automatic machine. Apparently the manager Lisa doesn't want to work.and she gets very despotic. It's not the first time it's happened. I'm trying to contact the head office but it's a waste of time to report something there. I hope some manager sees this and takes consequences.

I decided to give this store another chance I brought in lottery scratch off and was rudley told by the little black girls son that works there I better start scratching off the bottom of the ticket I asked what did you say he told me you heard me every time we enter this establishment the rap music is so loud employees not wearing a uniform but a hoodie instead and there always on there phone the owner franchise must not follow 7-11 standards everyone I have been in all employees carry there selfs to the 7-11 standards but this store doesn't the rude people that work there and there nasty mouths are definitely not where I want my child or family to shop so I will be doing business with racetrack from now on it's sad that it has come to this for many people that live close to that store

Arrived at 9: 14pm. Wanted to use the bathroom, was told they close them at 8pm and once they are cleaned no one can use them

Well first off my man went inside this 7-Eleven to purchase $10 in gas but the previous customer in front of him was purchasing gaming cards and some other stuff and the clerk added his $10 in gas to his bill since the guys transaction declined so we ended up paying $34.40 and the clerk said the transaction was declined but it was charged when I called to tell her about it the women lied about the woman doing the transaction by saying she was in the bathroom so she said to dispute it then she called my man a dumb Puerto Rican and said that he dont know what he was talking about and I explained to her and she said I have to take it up with my bank and tell them what happened so they can dispute it and give it back. SMFH WHAT A BUSINESS TO RUN
