Convenience Store 7-Eleven reviews
9The Asian people that work here are rude and nasty! They’re racist against Americans. They’re constantly accusing people of stealing if you take too long in their store. Horrible people I’ll just go to the next 7-11 before dealing with these rude workers. On multiple occasions I’ve seen them be verbally aggressive towards customers and kick them out for “taking too long”. Horrible business.
Stopped for coffee this morning. They had a note posted on the milk dispenser that it was out. I don't use half and half, so I got a small bottle from the fridge figuring that others who wanted milk could use it. Manager came over asking why I did that, showed her the note on the dispenser.she took it off, opened the door and there was milk in there. Not my fault. Manager made me pay for her mistake. Won't be going to this one anymore.
Bless her heart, the young lady behind the counter placed my hot cheeseburgers and tacos in the bag and then put the heavy jar of queso and Fritos on top of them. Not a very sanitary thing to do, but also clueless! Please train your new cashiers to exhibit a little common sense if it’s not asking too much. It shouldn’t be rocket science!
This is not really a review of this particular location because
Only time I have ever been here. But I just got a hotdog and I put ketchup on it mustard and pickle relish. And a bun. It was $2.34 and it was pure salt.
I like salt. I am stunned that I can’t eat this. I don’t know what the deal is.
But I threw most of it away.
I’m bummed. I was hungry! Maybe it is me? But I would not recommend buying a hotdog here.
My cashier Gianna was a delight!
She was polite, bubbly, and personable. I'm definitely revisiting this store. There's always more to the story of a butterfly.
The cashiers there are fast and friendly. Gas prices consistent with the stations on Fruitville at I75 but quite a bit more than Wawa.
Air pump is at the edge of a hole filled with water. Not a good place for air.
Seems like new owners. Man is polite enough, but woman is clearly racist. She has no customer service skills. While waiting in line, she was smiling, kind and pleasant to all white customers but openly rude and scowling at everyone else. Shame on you lady. She has no business in customer service and should not deal with any customers. She needs to find a job somewhere else that does not require people skills and customer service. Also, no meat pizza here for some reason.
The owner, (John) has no customer service skills. First, I have been a customer of his three stores since 2006. His store keeps running out of milk needed to make my iced coffee latte. I asked if he can put some out. He said, I needed to buy it. No apologies for his store running out of milk. He’s only concerned about profit. Another time I asked for help, he was busy with preparing food. He said, “ I can’t help you right now, I have to get this done. ” Your store is open because of customers. Customers always come first. This store does not know this.
