7-Eleven, Orlando FL

It’s a gas station so I don’t expect much but I want to call out a situation that happenex a few nights ago (Thursday 1/18.) My two friends and I walked into this location and picked out some snacks. I didn’t notice much besides the cashiers being unfriendly and not responding. After leaving my friend said they were staring us down the whole time (both cashiers) and giving us dirty looks, shaking their heads, etc. I don’t know what bothered the cashiers, other than the fact my friends and I were having conversations in the store, then we all waited for each other to be done shopping, then paid together on line. Maybe they were having a bad day but we were all nothing but nice and they were being nasty towards us. I’ll keep shopping here because I live down the road. But hopefully the cashiers will be nice next time. I try to be understanding because I have been in retail for some years but if the customer hasn’t done anything rude or wrong, then why should we get treated badly? Then again, this is a gas station.

Dirty and you never found what you are looking for - 1 month later and is the same, bad service, you can’t count on your 7/11 because is nothing… someone please take control of this, is affecting the neighborhood.
You never find anything that you want. Everything is dirty and poor.

It is said under new management. However their espresso and other coffee machines doesn't work or given their proper maintenance. Donuts are always a day older or more. This is happening to most 7 eleven locations in the area.

Compared to the 7-11s in Texas this one is very nice staff was friendly and the store was clean.

Worst 711 ever. Bathrooms always closed. Cashiers are not friendly and don’t say a word. Dirty.

This location needs to hire better people. Every time I come here the employees have the worst attitudes and will literally just look at you as you walk up to the register. No friendly “hellos” or anything, just dead, blank stares.

The man who is working now is on speakerphone or FaceTime and talking to them instead of the customers who he is cashing out. Not only that, he’s vaping right in customers faces.

This location needs a complete makeover!

Terrible service, the staff is unfriendly and rude and on several occasions they have not wanted to bake my pizza, I don't know why they offer pizzas in the refrigerator if they don't want to bake them.

Got charged $30 for 4 bottle drinks. I went back to ask the guy said he couldn’t do anything about that he also was rude while I was there another guy came in for another complaint, also t When i was going to pay I had to call them cuz they where on their phones. Even when I was paying I think that’s why he charged me 30

I have to agree with all the 1 stars I came in lady keep asking me what I wanted there was another lady working keep telling her what I said every time she asked me also had to stand there for awhile to get help and there was 3 people behind the counter got to do better just saying

Out of all of the 7 Eleven's i've ever been to, Corey gave me the best experience at this particular location. It's quite refreshing that there are genuinely good people in the world.

It is 10: 06 am and I just wanted to say that the clerk working was the nicest young man that I have encountered in the morning.his spirit is beautiful! He should definitely get a raise. Francisco it was a pleasure

Why is there a older lady working there by herself that looks like she is in pain and in no condition to work at all.please go check on her

It’s so terrible 7-eleven, always or something don’t working or haven’t drinks or have problem with pump, don’t recommend this place
