7 Mile Grill, Marathon FL

We stopped at 7 Mile Grill on our way to Key West and we‘ve been absolutely positively surprised. A very nicely decoraded grill with a terrace that immidiately gets you into „The Key Life“ and the menue offers something for everyone’s taste. First of all, the extraordinary friendly weighter - who‘s name we unfortunately forgot - gave us a free cup of their homemade icetea since they just got a new machine and I couldn‘t order it as the taste wasn‘t right yet and when they adjusted it during our stay, he made sure I got my Icetea, additionally to my ordered drink. Then the really tasty and fresh food (one of the best philly cheesesteak sandwiches I ever had, the greek wrap was delicious!), the portions are really big, you get a lot for your money! But what made the stay absolutely memorable was the outstandingly delicious Key Lime Pie. We also had one at the highest rated Lime Pie Bakery in Key West, but it wasn‘t even close as good as the one at 7 Mile Grill! Additionally we got the local Key West Info Magazine and some recommendations for Key West. We‘ll very likely stop there again on our way back! Simply fabulous!
