Seems pretty clear that idiots run this parking lot trying to screw everyone that parks there someone should complain to the attorney general's office about them scamming

Paid 20$ to park for an event. Received collections letter from a lawyer 2 months later demanding another 60$ for failing to pay.others have reported similar issues at all of this companies lots.

Like many others, I entered my license and paid (have the credit card transaction to prove it), and received a collection notice for $40 from Daniel Kelley Attorney at Law. I paid $12 to park here which was already expensive, now this? Don't park here.

If the terminal is out of receipt paper, leave the lot, even if the attendant tells you that you have nothing to worry about. A $100 collection from their attorney group appeared in my mailbox, and 717 Parking is playing dumb, unable to provide an electronic receipt after I provided proof of purchase. Pretty scammy if you ask me. My dispute number is 26449 if anyone higher up cares and wants to contact me for resolution.

Charged me a ticket even though I paid for my time. No help was really given when I tried to call.

-1 star for the out path that’s not actually an out, but rather an opening to the curb. (despite arrows) and - another star for how cramped it is. This lot should be for compact cars only, crossovers at best — no trucks or big vans. Or maybe put all the obnoxiously large vehicles in one spot. They make it impossible to simply drive down a lane to an open spot. +3 stars for the guy who didn’t charge us a parking fee because we were only running across the street to pick up food, as opposed to using the lot for event parking. That was a really nice thing to do.

Exactly what you'd expect however prices go up for the weekend. There are many lots to choose from. I recommend using the 717 app.
